I had such a lovely experience! this was my first time here, and my nails look exactly like the photo I shared with the artist. I got in right on time for my appointment, and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Very nice, kind, professional owners and staff. I love that it is appointment only and they are on time...every time!My nails are beautiful and get a lot of compliments. I travel to big cities for work and people want to know where I got my nails done!The pedicure foot and leg massage are outstanding!Highly recommend VN Nails!

I've gotten a lot of mani and pedis and this is probably the WORST one I've ever received. Not only that I felt as if I may contract some sort of disease from the lack of cleanliness, my nails were sloppy and fell apart with in a couple days. They rushed through which honestly I just wanted to get out of there. I wouldn't let them do a full pedicure because all the tools had OTHER people's skin still on them. Honestly I can't believe they are still in business.

I don't typically write Yelp reviews, but seeing these I felt it was kind of needed. Most of these reviews are around a few years old, and unfortunately since I'm still a minor I can't move, but I have been attending this salon for a few years and they have improved dramatically. The salon is very clean, and they do a great job on everything I've received.

Worst pedicure I've ever had in my entire life, and I have had a lot of pedicures. This is after the 2nd attempt of polishing. On one toe, I can still see, in the corner, the red polish that was not fully removed.

I'm sorry, though they were very accommodating, the nail job was so bad. I'm super sad I had to spend $60 for this.

Gina and tony are wonderful hard working dedicated people and I like that plus my nails need them they make them beautiful for me every time

I have been to this establishment quite a few times. Every time it's been a very chaotic experience. An appointment means nothing. You could have an appointment at a certain time and six other people arrive at the same time. You're not guaranteed that you will get the service you had requested in a timely manner. Today I was there for an appointment For a pedicure and a manicure. I waited two hours between my pedicure and my manicure. That is extremely unprofessional in my book. The owner does not write down the appointments and people just keep piling in. A pedicure which should take about half an hour to 45 minutes usually ends up being two hours. Beware about this establishment. If there are other options, you should take them.

Gina and her team are terrific. Great massage chairs, great job with pedicures, great shows on tv while you are relaxing.

Ugh. No hellos or smiles. No one spoke to me, except to bark at me for not understanding the command. "Massage" was so awful , continuous rub on a quarter sized spot to the point of annoyance. Please don't use harsh scrub on tender shin areas! We're the implements clean? Who knows. Im pretty sure some of the disposable stuff was being reused. Then they "cleaned " the pedi bowl with a used foot towel. No one said thank you or goodbye. No one made eye contact with me. Had to refill ragged toenails at home. Big waste of time and I hope I don't get an infection.
