It is appalling to me that someone can hold an event on a two lane road and have ZERO presence or control over the crowd, the parking, the safety of the people attending. And did not have the decency or courtesy to let the neighbors know about the event so they could keep their driveways clear. Instead, we were left to go out and manage it. Even one of the potential buyers got out of their vehicle and said "what a sh*tshow - I'm really sorry this wasn't handled better". The level of irresponsibility was astounding but, I guess as long as they get their commission, nothing and no one else matters.

After dealing with a few shady estate companies, I'm so glad I called Vintage Estate Co. Working with Jessica took all of the stress out of something that initially had me pulling my hair out. Not only does she know about vintage and antique price points, she was wonderfully kind to all of the estate guests, a merchandising wizard, and is worth her weight in gold. Thank you for everything.

Our family recently hired this company for our parents home. I really hope you read this before you sign with them. They did not want the family there, which was a red flag right away. why can't family be there? Maybe as prices were so inflated they didn't sell. We had NOT agreed to any "clean-up" crew as we were waiting to see how much was left as it is costly. When our brother noticed items gone a day after the sale was finalized and our neighbors saw cars coming and going 3-4 days after the sale he called Vintage and she admitted to making a mistake and thought we had agreed to clean up !? We now realize they were taking anything they wanted for resale. Nothing was itemized telling us what was sold and what was stolen. It felt like a horrible scam. Our parents had many valuables and collectible items along with antiques. This will haunt us forever. Please think twice people !! It was a huge mistake.

The feminine person of a certain age obviously has strong personal preferences when dealing with customers. The individual made me feel like a second class citizen, the others from the team were professional and displayed courtesy

These people are thieves, simple as that. My aunt and uncle passed away and my cousins (who live out of town) are settling the estate. They had a home full of beautiful collectibles, crystal and antiques. The thing I am the most sick about, is my aunt's pride and joy - the Department 56 Village set in a gorgeous curio cabinet. The check my cousins received was not even large enough to cover what I could have sold it for on Facebook! Neighbors said people were going in and out of the empty house for days after the sale. One cousin is back there now to clean up. They stripped the place - the shower curtain was gone and the shampoo and soap from the shower! Worst of all - they wouldn't / couldn't provide an itemized list of what was sold. I would make a bet that the one 5 star review was written by a friend of theirs. Lucky for these guys that this is none of my business. If it was, I'd be getting the law after them.

Outrageously high prices. They actually had 1980's VCR's for $40. Even more disappointing they post prices and try to negotiate and charge you more when you check out. Complete waste of time. Avoid their sales and save your money for a more honest company.

Recently went to one of their estate sales and was appalled that they did not protect the seller's private information. There were financial, very personal, etc. papers, photos, etc. in plain view. Very disrespectful and wrong. Not cool. Sellers beware.
