Stopped in on a Saturday evening and loved it! We sat on couches in the back of the tasting room right next to a window where you could see the wines in their barrels. There was a great duo playing music and the server at the wine bar was very nice. We ordered half of a charcuterie board, a dry wine flight and 2 sweet wine flights. The prices were good and the portions were great. We enjoyed all the wines we tasted and the 1/2 charcuterie board was perfect for 3 of us. Perfect way to start a Saturday night and will definitely return!

Found this place on our way to Santa Fee. Glad we stopped in. The ref eines are amazing. If you buy a bottle the flight, which costs $10 is free. Don't like wine , no Problem they have Elevation beer that is located near the winery. I bought a bottle of Primitivität. Great tasting red wine.

I didn't think we would stumble upon a winery in Colorado, but of course, when you're traveling with my mom and I, there will be wine to drink. There was a musician setting up to play, when we arrived. We tried a variety of wine and they were good. We couldn't buy any of it though, since we were traveling cross country in a plane, but it was nice to see what the other side of the country had to offer in crushed grapes. Their dry and semi-dry wines were good.

OK, let's keep it real folks: Colorado wine is most definitely a thing, and winemakers have their work cut out for them here. The terrain/terroir isn't the easiest and the finished result isn't quite as refined compared to other well-known regions.Give the Coloradans some time and be open minded. Good things come to those who wait.Vino Salida was waaaaay better than I had expected. It's definitely not Santa Barbara or Sonoma quality... yet. But it's got its own local charm. The tasting room situated in the valley catches the eye from Highway 50 on the edge of town. Easy to park and very welcoming. A tasting of four wines is $5 per person or free if you buy a bottle. There are some sweeter varietals as well as honey mead, but if you look carefully at the tasting notes on the menu, there's drier wines to try as well.Younger wines do have a "bite" to them, which does mellow out with time. If you're tasting a 2017, understand that it needs another year or so to mature. Or at least an aeration device. I love that some of their wines come in a pouch, which ends up being more vino and an earth friendly vessel. We ended up taking home a bag of white wine and a bottle of red. The plan is to wait for spring temps for bag wine and let the red age just a wee bit.Such nice people working the tasting room and a very cool setting to give Colorado wine a chance.

We loved it here! Came 2 nights in a row and both times fabulous. The staff is amazing and both nights we enjoyed ourselves and the wines! My husband appreciated the beer selection as well. Can't wait to come back

Having never tried Colorado Wines before, but being a huge fan of the "grape" we decided to give this little place a shot and were really glad we did. A big shout out to fellow yelpers or we may have missed this gem. The tasting room was well appointed and the wine, mead, and vermouth choices were many. I'm a dry red guy so I limited myself to a glass of the Tenderfoot Stomp Merlot and it far exceeded my expectations. My fellow traveler enjoyed the tasting with 2 Whites,1 Red and a vermouth, and thought they were all top-notch. I believe that Colorado wines will be a thing, and are glad we got to experience them. Cant close out without acknowledging the service and information provided by Nina, which just improved the overall experience..!! Best of luck to VSWC !!

Vino Salida was a great stop on our trip from New Mexico to Denver. I didn't drink any of the wine (I was the designated driver *sad face*), but my family did and said it was delicious. There was five of us and we were well taken care of, even though there was only one man working behind the counter and two other people in the shop. It was very spacious, and although it had a more sit-down area, everyone was around the counter. They also had outdoor seating. While the rest of my family tried the wines, my partner and I opted to play several rounds of Cornhole outside. It's a great addition to a winery and definitely made it more fun (I'm sure it would've been better with some wine in our systems!). The guy who helped my family out was super friendly, chatty, and attentive. The place was spotless, well decorated (but not overly decorated), and the view was really nice.

Stopped For a break on a long drive. So glad we did. Enjoyed a quick tasting and ended up buying two bottles of wine. Definitely would recommend this as a stop for a longer visit, there's a nice outdoor area with some games.

Of the 2 flights we ordered, only 1 selection was drinkable. I can't remember ever going to a winery where the choices were, can you force yourself to drink it, or awful.
