The teachers are wonderful, and there is a big outdoor space which is great, and when we first started attending this school I couldn't say enough good things about it under the leadership at that time. However. The current leadership is unfortunate, inexperienced, and unprofessional. The Director and Assistant Directors were unsupportive of my family directly and were very manipulative and two-faced in how they handled the situation with us personally. They threw other staff under the bus when confronted about mishandling the situation. I have since heard stories that are of concern about how they are conducting things that seem to only reiterate poor leadership and compelled me to write this review. I don't trust the current leadership, the high tuition rate that they keep raising, the consistent billing issues, the lack of support for the teachers and any students that aren't following "marching orders". They don't want to be bothered with handling kids who need more care or support.

I love this school. My son has been here for about two years now. I love the teachers, I love the staff, and I love that I have a place I feel comfortable leaving him when I am at work. They have separate playgrounds for each age group, and each playground is well maintained. Some places have one playground for all children. They have a soccer field and swimming pool as well. The teachers and director are easy to talk to if you need to, and will work with you when needed.Great place.

Amazing childcare center. They do so much with the students and the people who work here are amazing. My daughter has loved this school since we moved here when she was two. We still use this place, even though she is 6 years old because they have a strong program and can even pick up and drop off your children at the local Belleview school. They work building relationships with children and have a super awesome summer camp program for young kids, even a swimming pool and swim lessons during the summer. The people here care about your children and when you go in a speak to them it is felt in every conversation. Your child will not only be safe but allow them to be kids and have fun. I love this school and recommend it highly

Wonderful child development center that parents and children love. Constantly doing fun creative activities and projects, multiple huge grassy safe playgrounds, soccer field, pool, and with amazing teachers.

I have had nothing but great experiences here at the Village. My children have attended for 3 years now and all the teachers, staff and management have been nothing but supportive and loving. My kids have learned to swim here and got to experience all the sports. My oldest kiddos went into kindergarten knowing how to read and write their letters and names. I couldn't recommend it more.

Our Email to the Director:I just want to let you know that today will be Abigail and Hunter's last day in your care. After four years of entrusting you with our children and singing your praises to neighbors and friends, we have lost trust in your daycare and ability to care for our children. We received a call from Child Protective Services (CPS) about Abigail and her being hygienically "unkept". Additionally, they said she mentioned something about her Dad's penis. We often talk about how we do not touch private parts in our family. Especially private parts' since Abigail has two brothers.Shame on you for not knowing basic early childhood development and psychology. If you knew a slight amount of basic information you would know there is a very clear phallic stage that children her age go through when they also potty train. She also has a medical condition that causes her to have very uncomfortable experiences when using the potty.Furthermore, while in your care, Abigail has undergone several unsupervised assaults ranging from being hit in the head so hard that it knocks her out and seized, to random and unprovoked bites that leave lasting marks. On none of the occasions has Beth and I have ever reported your facility to the authorities. Remember this next time you have the inclination to send CPS to a customer's home to judge their parenting skills and to determine whether or not they are entitled to be parents. Perhaps next time an event takes place, take a moment and think of the repercussions, and quite honestly simply advise the parents of your concerns. In conclusion, if she has been acting "unusual" lately it may be due to her waking up every morning at 5:00 AM. We have contributed this new routine change to our recent trip to the east coast. All of this could be easily explained to you if you had simply communicated with us. Instead you took it upon yourself to get the state involved. It is a shame that such a strong four year relationship went down the drain instead of making one easily made call to us. As you know we want only the best for our children and would never harm them in any way shape or form. As you could imagine, Beth and I are going to be personally and proactively referring parents anywhere other than the Village.
