VEGAN WEDDING CAKE! Working with Nirali was so wonderful, and what a blessing to find a vegan baker for our wedding! She was so considerate to host a lovely tasting for us (we didn't go anywhere else, especially since I wanted a vegan cake), and we loved her unique flavors. There's soooo many wonderful flavors to choose from, it was tough to narrow it down! We went with lemon-blueberry (FAN FAVORITE!) and cherry-almond (YUUUMMM). We had two half-sheet cakes and two small tiered cakes (bridal party). Our guest list was 115 but we unfortunately had a Covid situation, so ended up with maybe 90-100 at the reception. Guests LOVED the cakes and we probably would have done fine without the tiered cakes, but they were so pretty! Nirali is SO KIND to offer a fresh cake for our 1-year anniversary, and I can't tell you how excited I am to have it again!! Her prices are great, everything she makes is delicious, and she is wonderful to work with - I highly recommend contacting her for any baking needs!

I am so Lucky to have reached out to Vegan Dreamz, not only did she take my order last minute. She executed exactly what I wanted. The chocolate cake is so moist and delicious I LOVE the raspberry compote and raspberry frosting. Thank you for making my birthday even more special. Vegan husband finally released after critical weeks in hospital and it was his birthday - no time/opportunity for me to have a vegan cake for him other than grocery store frozen or plastic-packaged. But family was determined his birthday celebration not be delayed, so I searched like crazy online for any possibility and found Vegan Dreamz, recommended AND a local home bakery. I called with little expectation of success and Nirali (owner) listened patiently and immediately came up with a plan - but did I have a few hours for a fresh, customized birthday cake for him?? Boom! I could not believe my luck. She texted when the cake was ready and when I arrived, she brought it to my car - best customer service ever (shout out to Gujarat ). The Vegan Dreamz cake was beautifully packaged and decorated, and I unfortunately did not take a picture of the cake before we covered it in candles. But it looked and tasted amazing to both vegan and non-vegan family alike. My husband said unequivocally it was the best vegan dessert he had ever tasted. Perfect ending to the birthday celebration - thank you Vegan Dreamz! We are already ordering for the holidays.
