Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant 3

Came here for a quick bite to eat and was not disappointed! We were sat quickly, even with a large party of 9 they found room for us all. I ordered the frozen mango margarita and was delicious! Perfectly sweet and frozen. I also ordered the the 3 El pastor tacos that came with beans and rice. The El pastor chicken was to die for! So tender and so sweet! I devoured them quickly. The food also came out very fast and our waitress kept our drinks full. Great food! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Been to Vaqueros many times over the years with friends and family. This place has always been consistently wonderful. Food is quick and tasty, service is always top tier, and the location is always clean and well kept. And the margaritas here are not for the weak! Even a medium can really get the party going.

This place is DELICIOUS!!! I am so happy to have found it! The chips and salsas are fresh, the drinks are on point, the rice is perfect! The food is SO good!! The customer service and atmosphere is very inviting. Best of all it's affordable! When we walked in I was thinking it was pretty fancy. Dang I can't wait to go back! Yummmmmm

Fun place! The original margaritas are excellent! Service was a bit stretched as lots of large parties arrived at the same time that we did. Staff was quick despite being very busy. The food was typical Mexican faire with no complaints from anyone in the party. The shrimp was excellent. We will return.

We've been eating at Vaqueros the past 12 months and each and every time we are amazed at how amazing the food is, the recipes, spices used, and ambience and service are superb! This time, Marie from the bar took care of our table. An absolute pleasure! We will be back and let others know about Vaqueros all the time...

Great food; fast courteous service; wonderful panoramic view of Pikes Peak and USAFA. On par with the best dining establishments in El Paso county.

Where else can you get virgin strawberry margaritas I had the steak tacos the beans had such an amazing flavor I would highly recommend them

This was our time. The food was great, food came out fast and very tasty. The server was more invested with talking to other workers.he had no smile. We had to ask for drinks. He never offered anything. I might be back. First impressions are everything .

We weren't sure what to expect, but thought the food was great and reasonably priced. And the serving sizes were very generous.
