V.T Nail Spa & Lashes

My mom and I enjoyed our gel pedicures at Pueblo Nails and Spa. Our nail techs were really experienced, thorough, quick, and we were pleased with the outcome. In pueblo, from my experience, it's difficult to find a salon where you will consistently be satisfied with the service received. For a $40 pedicure (plus tip), that takes 30 minutes, I'd like my nails To look great when I leave. I gave 4 stars because it seemed a little pricey, considering we did receive the most Basic pedicure from the options listed. And even though the nail techs did a really good job, i think my nails Could've used one more coat of the clear lacquer, because They came out a little dull looking. It'll be interesting to see what kind of consistency this salon has. From my Last experience, I will definitely go back again.

I've been coming here for a little while, and usually love the work they do. Last time I went, they rushed through taking off my acrylics and did my dip lightning fast. I was shocked at how quickly they worked, thinking it was fine. When the tech started putting a "base coat" on as a top coat, I asked what was going on and he said it would protect the color and make it strong. Now I am worried he just didn't know he was putting base on the top, because the nails are chipping and cracking only one day later. They are dry and cracked, at least 4 of them have had the "top coat" peel off, and several more have completely lost the whole dip layer leaving my natural nail exposed and vulnerable. Very disappointing that I have to look for ANOTHER new nail place.

Went as a walk in around 2pm got me in QUICK. The lady got the shape of my nails PERFECT. And the fill was REASONABLY PRICED. The heart on my accent nail could have been cleaner.

My family and I just moved to Colorado so this was my first time getting my nails done here. Maybe it was just the nail tech I had but I do not recommend this place. The older gentleman who started my nails was nice and careful, he then sent me to another nail tech to have her finish my nails. She was EXTREMELY rough & rude. Six of my ten fingers are cut, they hurt soooo bad. They aren't even the same shape as the inspiration pic I showed them. Don't even get me started on the smiley faces . There is also so much acrylic underneath my nails that didn't get cleaned up. She 100% rushed through doing my nails and hurt me in the process. Lumpy nails and are rude. Couldn't believe how awful they were to my niece. She ended up crying after her experience here. Not a business I would recommend

They rush from client to client. They also pretend NOT to understand English so it's difficult to know if they are understanding a request. Subsequently when I asked for nail art, applying gentle lines to cover growth, she couldn't do it and they all looked at me like I had just landed here from Mars. I like a pearl tip when I get my nails done and they don't carry that color so I always had to take my own tips in. They did not discount the service either. Finally the salon is dirty. I won't be back.

I went to have some very thick dip polish removed and regular paint back on my nails. They were very patient and kind. I am extremely happy with their service.

Do not come here unless you want your nails to look nothing like the picture you show them, want them to file your nails so badly that your nails start to bleed from it, and you are missing part of your real nails from how horribly they filed them down. Will never come here again.

I will never go back to this place again. the girl I always see is no longer there she moved so I trusted them to put me with someone that knows what they are doing and that did not work out. My real nails are under gel dip powder and I have worked very hard for a long time to get my real nails long and when he did my nails after he did the gel dip and painted them one of my real nails was separated and instead of him fixing it he cut my nail completely off from under the gel. He also ruined 3 other real nails as well I told him I was not happy and all he said was you asked for it that is not what I asked for at all. And my nails are very wavy and some thick others thin. I will not go back and I will find someone else to take care of my nails. I complained to both the guy that did my nails and the lady running the register and front and all I get told is I am sorry about that. That is no way to take care of loyal customers that have been coming for years to the same place.

VT Nails is the absolute best hands down. Michael is my nail tech and he is top in the industry. Anna is fabulous with pedicures and Amy does everything amazing. after searching for over a year and having my nails destroyed I will never go anywhere else ever again let me say I am SUPER SUPER PICKY.
