US Post Office

Fantastic experience here! Jessie was so helpful. I needed an envelope to mail a shirt to my MIL. I thought the 1 rate would be the most cost-effective option, but she helped me pick another envelope and I saved almost 4.00. I also needed to complete some other transactions, and she was so patient and helped me figure out the best delivery options. I know she was busy as the holiday season is starting yet she didn't rush me, she had a smile on her face the whole time, she was efficient and professional! Completely impressed!

Worst. Post Office. EVER. 1. They will NEVER answer the phone. NEVER. EVER. EVER. 2. They refuse to lend a piece of packing tape. Not one tiny piece. They can't spare a square!! 3. Customer service is nonexistant. Why do postal workers always act like they hate their job? If you don't like it then quit!! Otherwise, smile and be cheerful to the customers!Three strikes = OUT. The US Post Office is overdue for a HUGE overhaul in the customer service department. I will avoid them at all costs.
