I didn't get her name, but the woman who helped me with my passport application today at 10/18/23 at 12pm was the most kind individual I've interacted with in so long! She was so kind, patient, and helpful!

Great people and an incredable Post Master that helps people get their packages on Christmas Day !!!

Where does one begin? Rudest desk employees ever. Delivery sporadic. Won't deliver packages to home. Delivery person has misspelled my name badly for a long time, even when brought to staff attention. When package damaged, they don't care. In fact, they don't care about anyone or anything. How did we get such an absolutely HORRIBLE P.O. in WP???

It must be a job requirement to be the rudest person to customers. I absolutely dread coming here because the employees are horribly rude every single time.

Super friendly staff. Always take care of anything I need fast. Delivery at home is prompt and on time.
