US Post Office

Called 5 times before someone answered the phone. Spoke with JEFFREY who told us to get here "before noon" in order to process our passports. Well Jeffrey don't know s***because we got here and the supervisor with the long black hair said "Jeffrey doesn't know ANYTHING about passports"--- great then maybe don't let him answer THE PHONE!!!

Went to this location on 8/14/23 to assist my daughter in obtaining her very first adult passport. The USPS employee we dealt with, SEAN, was INCREDIBLY RUDE. My daughter had many questions as this was her first time getting an adult passport. SEAN was curt, dismissive, condescending AND belligerent. We asked why he was being so rude, then he became ruder. Yelling at us at the top of his lungs in front of 15 other customers AND his supervisor MARGARET (who was standing just a few feet AWAY!) Margaret she said she would 'talk to him' about his behavior 'later'. TALK to him about his behavior?? TALK? I have never been treated so poorly at the USPS in my entire life (and I have been going there for over 40 years!) SEAN has NO business being employed at the USPS or anywhere! THE ONLY explanation for SEAN's behavior in FRONT of his SUPERVISOR is that he is confident he will NEVER be fired. Everyone in the waiting area was STUNNED into silence at the way he was yelling at me and my daughter (HE MADE HER CRY!) SHAME ON YOU USPS.
