US Post Office

We have had three packages in the last year marked as delivered but never get delivered. I have never had such problems getting a package to be delivered to my door. I have had to call and tell Amazon to use any delivery service but USPS. This is the worst post office I have had in a total of four states I have lived in. Seems pretty suspicious when they keep getting marked as delivered and I don't even have anyone on my camera that even remotely was near my driveway much less never step foot on my property deliver to a package. And no, they aren't put in those stupid lockers either. At least we're never given a key and no one in the neighborhood ever mentions that they got the wrong package. USPS is useless.

This post office deserves negative stars, how am I supposed to get my packages out of the parcel locker if I never received a key? I only found out it delivered after I signed up for informed delivery and its being returned to the company, they they "attempted" delivery at 1400 on a week day, most people work how am I supposed to answer and they could have just left it at the door!!!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. We had to put our mail on hold because our community mailbox had been vandalized and someone basically went into all the mailboxes and stole everyone's mail. I live in Meridian Ranch and the only reason we found out is because we went to check our mailbox after having COVID and being stuck in the house for a week, and there was nothing there. So my husband called, and the dude that answered and the moment my husband gave him our address was like..."oh yeah, those mailboxes were broken into." Um...ok...so now what do we do? He said well, you can call the sheriffs, and uh, do a report but they can't really do anything. So...I called the postal inspector who said that he would look into it, he was more concerned over the fact that the post office knew that mail was being stolen and did not notify residents or anything like that. He said they should have informed us. So after that, I had to put my mail on hold. It's been a month. My birth control was delivered on Saturday, guess by who, the USPS postal service. And it said they delivered it to our mail locker...um...what?!? Instructions are hard to follow I know....my husband just grabbed the mail yesterday and he didn't get it so I called them to see if maybe he forgot something...the woman on the phone was so freaking rude. I explained to her that someone was taking our mail and they were breaking into our mailbox, and she proceeds to cut me off and correct me and say that...whoa, they just tampered with the mailboxes to make it easy to open, no one "broke" into them...geez sorry lady. Not like it makes a difference. She went to check if it was with them. They didn't have it. She asked for the tracking number, in a tone that made me feel like I was an idiot. I know how to track my package. So I gave it to her, and she said well, yeah he should have just left it here at the post office since there is a hold on your mail...so I was like um ok...and she was like well, I'll take your number and I'll ask him what he did with it. The first package they took was my Victoria's Secret panties...and now my birth control. I have like zero faith in USPS and those who work at this post office. I felt like I was on a episode on Roseanne being talked to like I'm an idiot.

Doesn't ring doorbell for packages. Doesn't answer phone. Worst post office. Should be held responsible for delayed packages.

Joke of a post office. Lack of management or leadership. Zero help and gives off a "they could care less" attitude. Use other methods to ship. USPS should just go out of business.

Mail always gets misdelivered and lost. Packages that say they were delivered sometimes have been delivered to someone else. I've lost out on hundreds of dollars because .y mail is mis-delivered and it's never returned. Customer service is kind of rude like they don't want to deal with finding where your package is. Even supervisor who claims they will do something about the constant issue doesn't because problem still happens. Sometimes the carrier will put your packages out in the driveway instead of bringing them to your poorch/door. We usually don't receive mail until after 5 or 6pm...ridiculous

Great post office! Seldom has a line. Super nice counter folks. Love it! I wish all post offices were run this smooth.

This is the worst post office bar none. My mail is always getting lost and misdelivered. I also constantly receive others mail in Falcon as far away as 2 miles. When you call to report an issue they are incredibly rude and hateful.

Honestly, one star is more than I even want to give. I have never had so many mail issues until I moved out east and had to deal with the Peyton post office off of Bradshaw. I seriously would pay more money to have any other carrier delivering my packages and do when I can. they wouldn't deliver a small box less than 1.5lbs and smaller than 12 inches around, that is small enough to fit in one of the package lockers. I have had multiple packages constantly misdelivered, then they try to tell me their mail carrier never makes mistakes. and she constantly does and has. my house is probably a 60 second drive from our mail boxes and I now have to drive into Peyton to get my multiple packages because their mail carrier can't be bothered to do her job efficiently.
