US Post Office

Another soul-less government outpost. I mean it's a post office so I don't expect much. Maybe have some background music so it doesn't feel like you're in line for the guillotine during the French Revolution.Maybe have employees with actual people skills, communication training and customer service awareness.You know fairly standard stuff. They say you can process passports here but after trying twice and still not understanding, we drove to Denver and had it done quickly and efficiently.

best post office i have ever been to! recently moved to florida and heaviliy miss this office. I usually dread going to post offices but not this one!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any post office. I went here to change my address after recently moving and met sonny. Who ripped my form in my face, threw it away and told me it was wrong. He didn't help me or try to tell me what I needed to change and continued to be extremely hostile and rude giving me close to an anxiety attack. This guy needs to be in a mental hospital. Avoid going here!

One of the most rude employees I've dealt with. Jeanie wouldn't help with my issue, said she had another customer to help... aren't I a customer with an issue too??? She just hung up on me when she pushed me off to the Monument post office...
