US Post Office

We went in again for another passport and had a similar experience to the prior one. It was relatively quick and easy. There was only 1 other person in line. This office can take your passport photos, which is convenient.I've never had trouble parking as the lot is huge given the amount of traffic I've seen there.

If I could give one star I would. The help is ridiculous and rude. 3rd trip out to the middle of no where for a passport... "oh we can't take walk ins".... when they absolutely can take walk ins.

This is the perfect small town post office. The service is friendly, efficient, and personable. It's not busy at all.I scheduled passport service on-line. Besides being one of the only places in the greater Denver area where you can actually get a passport appointment, I was able to get a Saturday appointment.People who complain about about not accepting walk-ins, when it is clearly USPS policy that only appointments are allowed, should not be allowed to post reviews on Yelp.I had called to check on photos (the USPS web site is imprecise) and not only did she say I could get my photos, she said they prefer to take the photos, since some places provide unacceptable ones. She also said my wife (who needed to mail her renewal) could get her photos taken at the same time.We will be sending all of our friends to Kiowa for passport services.

Kiowa post office is a joke 3 packages that said they were delivered but wasn't in my mail box someone else's package was In it called 2 times trying to get it fixed and see what the problem was no help lied about someone coming out asked for my number to give me an update have heard nothing and still don't have my packages how do you lose and mess up 3 time with the same address.

I have not been getting my packages. My package not delivered to my mailbox but the tracking claims it has. They need to clean up this issue.
