Terrible customer service is at this fountain location. Took them forever to come out and help us.

This place is a joke. The staff are beyond rude and impatient, especially the head counter guy. Not sure what his issue is but it needs to be addressed. Depending on the mail carrier depends on if you can park in front of your own home or not. Be more than prepared to receive entitled notes.

Still requiring all persons entering to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status and lack of state mask mandate

Is this place perfect? Nah but these folks deal with a lot of folks and throughout the pandemic they've continue to work so with that being said, I feel they do the best they can. Granted it had gotten expensive but that's not this locations doing so or at least I don't think. Ha! Regardless everytime I come here sure I may have to wait a little depending on the time but today when I went there was no one there so I was in and out and the lady was nice. No complaints except it's so expensive ‍

These idiots are constantly putting my mail in other peoples mail parcels. Today, I went to pick up an order that i purchased and there was a key already in the parcel box that they gave me a key to. So, here i am with a key i don't have a box to use it on. Where the hell is my stuff? They are getting my mail mixed up with other people and it's been really bad since having moved to this location. There are three different vehicles that tender the mail in my area. If i don't get my normal delivery guy, they are more horrible with the disrespect of my items usually getting recorded tossing or throwing my items on the porch or i'm always picking up mail that is damaged or ruined. My mail comes to me ripped, torn, opened, and usually given to the wrong house. The neighbors all complain about it as well. This has got to stop or someone needs to look in to taking over the company and making it better.It's crazy to think that this isn't the first time this has happened to me. I had a very important check go to the wrong house and if it wasn't for the good citizen that he was, i never would've received it.Then, during May, I was expecting a box from a local store and they claimed they delivered it. They never did, and i had to file that on my complaint form through the store i ordered from. A month and a half later.....Yes, You are reading that right. I literally received the package when i shouldn't have because they lost it. It was opened and repackaged from the postal service. I literally couldn't return it because i claimed it was lost due to the postal service. But, It was the fact that it made me look bad because the postal service claimed they delivered it. This postal service has been the worst, I really don't understand how they keep getting away with it?

Very rude people, they don't care about about customer service at all. When I asked a question about how to send a package to someone over seas the gentalman looked at me like I was stupid then got loud with me saying he's not going to explain it again I just need to rewrite my postage. As went went to rewrite it he made a rude comment about me to his coworker.

There has never been more than 2-3 people in line at this post office. The workers get you through the line quickly and if it gets too busy then they open another register. They have tons of shipping supplies. Not much more you can ask of a post office. It's pretty small inside.

They set up estimate date right away. The first company to call back and personal lady in office.

Went here today to get a box key as we just moved here. As for first looks the post office needs a serious update in my opinion and is the only reason for my four star rating. The customer service was great. The gentleman at the counter was pretty quick and efficient getting everyone through. He also made sure to greet everyone as they walked up and honestly most PO I go to the employees all seem miserable and rude lol.

I know you can't really control who delivers your mail... but this office is the worst. They either can't read or are completely careless.We'll get 6 or 7 packages at a time and NONE of the addresses are the same. They just throw all the same street on our porch and hope we will do their job for them. We have had multiple packages go missing probably because of this laziness.
