US Post Office

Didn't know how to ship media mail, and Sharon helped me tremendously with pricing if it was better to send media mail or 1 rate. Ended up doing 1 rate. Great post office with great customer service!

I am adjusted to having generally bad experiences at post offices. This location greatly exceeds my expectations. Clerks at most USPS locations are typically rude, know-it-alls that are insulted when you don't know every rule and regulation about shipping/handling procedures. They're also usually very offended when you don't show up completely ready, address and package on the ready. It just seems that they don't want to be inconvenienced with offering you customer service. I stopped in to ship a package. The clerk was informative, friendly, and genuinely helpful. My package was odd shaped and heavy. I wanted it to be properly packaged without being too burdensome. He showed me the best box, helped me load in the packing bubbles and assisted with taping the box. Awesome! Never had a clerk be so helpful before. Thanks guys!

"Janet" is rude and unfriendly with a demeaning, know-it-all attitude. Leaves customers hanging on hold for long times and without even being challenged lectures in nasty tone "There is a long line of customers and I am the only one here!!!" ... Fine . Sorry for you, Janet. But why take that out on your customers? I don't schedule the staff at the post office and my day is rushed too. Get a reality check, please and adopt a little friendlier disposition. There is no need to belittle people like you do - ever!

Love them all and the post master ALWAYS gets it done we moved here in August by far the best AND pleasant people I HAVE ever meet thank YOU for all being so amazing
