US Post Office

Huge line every time and even though there are other employees working in the building, they walk by, see the huge line and never offer to help the ONE GUY working the counter. The ONE GUY working the counter today with glasses, RUDE! After waiting and waiting in the HUGE LINE, never said hello or thank you.

my mail carrier did not want to leave the package because sometimes our packages get stolen while I was out. this was the second day in a row that I missed the package I was getting a little upset. I called this specific post office on Robinson, West End post office. I talked to Kevin Vines the manager there. Kevin called Ashleigh S the mail carrier and she came right away and delivered before the long weekend I couldn't be happier with the service and was not expecting such good service from USPS. When I called, I was expecting to be upset and got off the phone very happy.While I was talking to the manager, Ashleigh delivered the package that quickly!

Would give zero stars if I could. I'm not sure how a government run facility can just not answer the phone. Do my taxes not pay for this entity to exist? I would like a refund or at least pick up the phone so I can find out where my renewed and paid for drivers license ended up. USPS and the DMV did me dirty on this one.

My unemployment mail was delivered to me opened so i reported it to USPS. I was advised that there would be an investigation however when this office called back, supervisor Marie alleged it was my fault because I dont check my mail and the letters were somehow ripped open by my mailbox. Funny, the letters were wrapped in the ads and Ive also had christmas cards with money never show up in the past. Also very interesting how only my unemployment letters were opened, two different times and now I have fraud activity on my unemployment account. Marie refused to give me her employee ID and was unhelpful, rude and didnt seem to want to take it seriously. I will be reporting her as well!
