Original review 12/2/19, updated review 12/6/19Let's talk about Darling Mary. More complications brought me physically into the post office vs waiting the last two days for my amazon delivery to be sent to my doorstep. Alright, fine, Darryl (amazing Darryl) explained to me the drill over the phone and that I had to come in, let's do it.If you look at my last post the original gal in the vest now has the name of Mary. She had incredible customer service, I could talk about her all day. She went to get my heavy package and brought it around to me and was very personable. I couldn't have been more thrilled. Mary was very professional and made sure all of my questions were met. I had an additional question that Darryl had helped me with on Monday, because it was complicated she went to grab him to help.He was MIA (doing boss man cool stuff) but she continued helping customers while still checking on me. This is EXACTLY what she did when I was in his office on Monday. She is AMAZING at multitasking, very thorough, polite with just enough kindness that isn't overwhelming.I wish this was my regular Post Office because I'd be glad to have someone like Mary to see when I go in. Please give this woman a position in charge, not sure where she stands but swap her out with the mean supervisor. Mary can run the show and let people know how it's done. We need more people like you in this world. Good luck in your journey and continue making a positive impact on others. Thank you for what you did for me today.

Customer service at the post office building is amazing! though my carrier attempted to drop off a package that required a signature. it's a Friday at 1pm. when i didn't answer the door because i was at work, he huffed and rolled his eyes and threw down my other package that didn't need a signature. caught this on my doorbell camera. i understand that carrying a package that is MAYBE 1 pound is annoying, but get over yourself. people work, just like you are buddy

i hade another issue with a driver, thinks it was funny,i tryed to ask him about any packages i was ganna be getting,he acted like the truck on fire or somthing, he dint let me finish my centenceceathere, HIS NAME WAS JIM,AS HE TOLD ME, I DIDNT CARE ABOUT HIS LITTLE MASHINE HE HADE EATHER, KEEPT GOIN ON ON ABOUT OTHER STUFF, AND WAS VERY RUDE TO ME, THERE NO NEED TO BE RUDE TO A CUSTAMER, even if he or she is runing lat, to me he made a full out off me,i ust wanted to ask about ,packages, i never got to to him to look out for them, sence rude, i hope never happens to me or another cstamer,getting there maill, ,he seamed like he was not tpe that wanted to talk anyways to any tperson, i will remove comment eventaly, other drivers need to do the sam,e WILL, IS AN AWSOME DRIVER, WHY CANT THEY BE AS COOL AS HIM

Listen, I get no one has a "great" experience at the post office. I mean who's going to yip it up? This post office has great customer service and some how I always leave with a smile on my face when I have to interact with anyone there. Last time I was there I was setting up a mailbox for some online stuff and we actually left laughing. I wish I rememberred the gentleman's name that helped us. Keep up the great work!

If I could give negative stars I would. Andrew with their complaint department is useless as can be and gives no cares that pictures were ruined by their carrier. This post office has got to be the worst in the US. Customer service as a whole is awful at this location. Never had a good experience and this just sums up how careless and unprofessional they are.The package was clearly marked and you could tell it was something that should not have been bent. How hard is it to walk yourself to the door and put it on the porch. Just a bunch of lazy workers getting paid too much to handle things that are valuable to customers. "Regarding your bent photo, unfortunately, requests that shippers write on their packaging does not mean the service will be provided by the USPS. If a shipper wants a nonflexible item to be delivered without any flex damage it needs to be properly packaged as such.I do recognize that the courtesy should have been given by your carrier that day and I apologize that it was not. this location has a bad rep for their passport appointment/walk-ins. I got there at 7:30 AM and was immediately helped and given a number and the workers were so nice and helpful. They were fast and efficient and service was just amazing.

Greg helped me out with my passport and went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. the person who was supposed to do passports for as not there on the day i came in, so greg walked me through all the steps, helped me fill out paperwork when i had questions, and even helped me book an appointment so i could get in!!i can't thank him enough. 10/10 experience with him :)

Make an appointment weeks in advance for passports? Well, their guy doesn't work on Fridays, so someone will call you 2 hours before your appointment to tell you about another office that takes walk-ins. Right after you make the appointment, so you can make better arrangements? Nope, two hours before you're supposed to show up. Didn't you call ahead to make sure about the appointment? Doesn't matter, because they don't answer the phone. Ever. Didn't you sign up for text updates? Don't make me laugh. You didn't really think that was for real, did you? You're so gullible. What's that? Made you look! Haha. Did you think the information you saw posted by them online or recorded in their automated phone system was accurate? You made a stupid assumption: that you matter to them at all. I feel sorry for anyone unlucky enough to live on their routes and depend on their "service."
