Wow, I thought I caught the employees on a bad day but after looking at this location and the amount of 1 star reviews- I realize this is a huge problem and there is a total lapse of professionalism and customer service at this site....that is chronic and ongoing. I came in. I was not greeted even though I was the only one standing there. There were 2 employees- a Caucasian male and an African American woman. They both stared at me like I was stupid yet there is a sign that says to wait to be called. Finally, the African American woman called me up. When I told her what I wanted- she told me it was not possible. Funny- because I showed her a USPS receipt from the day before that I mailed from another location. She told me she would not do this, and I was "crazy" even though I literally had the receipt in my hand. I tried talking to her and she looked at the guy and said, "she's crazy." So, I shot back "no, you are" and walked out. Maybe I should not have responded but I was so appalled by her lack of professionalism and rudeness. She did not have a name tag on- which just shows that she does not want to be called on the carpet for her complete ignorance. Absolutely will not return to this location.

Small post office, small parking lot but saved me an hour of time leaving another and using this location. I didn't have a problem with finding a parking spot, but I was surprised how small the lot was. I wasn't worried. I know the area and would easily find a spot. However, that's me. I walked in, during the Christmas last minute rush, found only a few people in line. The line went quickly, and my package was out of my hands in under ten minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I called today and hung up on three times before I even anyone this morning. Then the gentleman that answered the phone refused to give me his name and act like I was being a real challenge by asking. I asked after being concerned that he misrepresented himself as the manager after his response was completely not caring. This was after he basically told me that he couldn't help ensure that I'm getting packages to my porch.my packages are being left on a sidewalk on Uintah that is heavily traveled and easy than for theft. in 15 years, I've never experienced was simply asking for help to get my packages to my porch.it was a horrible conversation and left me feeling like I absolutely better never have anything delivered to my house because there's no security and no recourse. I also don't know where to go from here to get this improved luckily, I have neighbors who call and say your package is left on the sidewalk again.I also have had to deal with my mother's house, but the at that post office really tried to help with problem-solving and I certainly have her name so I didn't think this was unreasonable that I simply asked for the name

Worst customer service. Rude clerks. Lazy delivery, won't even go into an office suite to deliver a package because of the community mailbox. Often we have lost and misdelivered mail. #1 complaint is they lost our original marriage certificate! Yet the fees continue to go up...

Dreadful. Straight up @$$holes. This is in regards to mail delivery and pickup. I've left letters clipped to my box that sat for 8 days that the carrier won't pick up. Visible from the street. EIGHT. DAYS. He couldn't turn his idiot head for eight days??There was a food drive the second saturday of May. the carrier picks up the bag of food for disadvantaged people. But here? Oh no, not here. - I left a post-it note on the window of this jerk's vehicle. - I labeled the box and put it by the sidewalk. All ignored. Cause f&$@ poor people, right?? You can actually see the vehicle in one of my photos. Standing in line at the actual office is the standard you're-treated-like-dog-$hit experience that we've come to expect. Screw the USPS man. They deserve to go under.

The worst staff ever and they will talk bad about you to the other co-workers and when they know they messed up don't even think about getting an apology from them. If you don't like your job then find something else Eddie especially and the other black lady I didn't get her name

I've never had a good experience here. All workers are rude, slow, and act like they hate their job. I have to pick up packages often and it's a nightmare every time. Line out the door and one worker who is slower than molasses. If I could rate 0 I would.

I had asked the worker at the front to put on her mask before I approached and she laughed at me and would not put it on. I let her know that as a nurse I had to stay protected and she continued to laugh at me until I was in tears. Awful experience.
