US Post Office

I like this post office the best. It's hardly ever too busy and I don't have to wait too long. I've found the people working to be authentically friendly- I'm a fan of Ray! They are great with shipping and also they always have patience when I want to see all the cool stamps they have so I can stock up. Thanks for the great service!

This is the worst place for service. I had my mailing address changed. They held my medications for a few days. I called them and they said they had it I requested it to be forwarded to my new address in Aurora.I have been now with out diabetic medication for 3 weeks. They said they forwarded it and till date it has not reached me. The postal service here in Aurora told me they have not received it either. They deleted the tracking no. and placed a label over it so now there is no way to track it. As with any script they will not allow me to get a new script for another 3 months. I have no way to recover my medication now and can't get any answers or help.

It's sad to write this review but I need to share my experience with the supervisor at this post office. I requested to pick up at the post office a day before and went to the post office to pick up my pacakge. The guy who helped couldn't find it so he called his supervisor. She showed up saying my packaged was requested as redelivery on their system. But I have a confirmation email with me that says I requested to pick up. And also even says "pick up at the post offoce". She said I made a mistake to request but i don't think so because I have that confirmation email with me. I just felt like she was lying right in front of me and even telling me I was the one who made a mistake. Im so sad that this person couldn't admit their fault. I'm ok if people make mistakes becuase I make mistakes too. But this supervisor is not doing her job as her position. I think Honesty is important.

Incompetent and lazy. This is the worst post office branch I have ever seen. I pay for registered mail but this post office rips me off and refuses to provide the service I pay for. I pay for the package to be delivered to my door so I can sign for it. Instead, the lazy damn carriers leave a note in my mailbox telling me they tried to deliver it...a lie!...and I have to spend $40 in taxi fare to go to the post office to get my package they should have delivered to my door. I asked them why don't they provide the service I pay for. Their answer is, "Well, we would have to find your apartment and it's easier to leave a notice in the box." Finding addresses! Isn't that what the damn post office does?!?!?! am handicapped and this crap is getting very very old.

This is my go to post office. I have never had a bad experience or too long of a wait. The holidays can be a little hectic which is to be expected. But there's usually no line on Saturdays.

Whenever I come in and Asheema is working I always run into issues, I never run into issues with any of the other employees. I come in with package slips and she never comes out with all of my packages, I'll have to tell her there's more and she says the same thing everytime "this is all I saw back there" but when she goes back to check again she comes out with the rest of my packages. My boyfriend and I live together and we have never had issues getting each others packages before but she tries to tell me that I'm not authorized even though our addresses are the same. The other employees have always been helpful and never had any problems.

This post office repeatedly puts off requests for mail keys/change of address etc. the staff are very abrasive, in particular a woman named Holly. She is uncooperative and extremely aggressive. I have had to go numerous times to this post office recently and have nothing but negative experiences. Holly also confronted my partner who also needed services and slammed a door in his face and threatened to call the cops bc he was told to wait for information by a manager. This is extremely inappropriate behavior especially when working in a public service building. I sincerely hope this actually gets taken care of in the future.

Creepy delivery guy and his supervisor both had no photo identification, and refused to give their names. Had no idea what laws governed a private citizen's rights and became angry because of their inability to be able to do their jobs in a lawful and respectful manner. Not even a : Sorry, I don't know, but I would be happy to look that up for you. Nope. Just anger at being questioned by a mere mortal. Wear your photo IDs 80907, you were rude for no reason. And, its not like I can't get your names, clowns.

I needed to mail a package back home while on vacation. The drive to this location seemed a little sketchy. But once I arrived, the employees were polite and friendly. There was a short line but it moved fairly quickly considering several customers seemed unfamiliar with shipping. The employee was patient and polite while explaining services. I sent my package priority on Saturday and it arrived Monday. So a shout out to the employees here for being polite and efficient.

The unites states postal service is complete GARBAGE! Not only can they NEVER deliver on time, or at all for that matter. But when this does occur they don't have one employee that even remotely cares or attempts to help. I vowed to never use them again after they lost a state issued birth certificate that I needed for a new DL but when I had to purchase another one they begged for a chance and said it would be free. I got it and the free new mail was ripped in half?? How!? But I ordered something online and if I knew how it would be shipped I wouldn't have even gone down this road. You will NEVER be able to talk to a real person when you call asking about it because the wait time is over 45 minutes and even if you wait that long they disconnect. Believe me I have tried. USPS-TrashAccountability-atrocious Customer Service-Non existent NEVER USE IT! Especially in Colorado Springs CO.
