I regularly get letters and small parcels delivered to my apartment with zero issues. But after this past one, I've had it. It was scanned in as recipient moved and left no forwarding address? The guy must not have even TRIED. No I have no moved, therefore I do not need a forwarding address. Your lazy butt should get out of the LLV and walk it to my door like you're supposed to instead of making things up. This is incredibly unprofessional and I would give zero stars if possible.

I just moved here and i went in and i didnt get the name of the older gentleman working but i had needed a certified piece of mail an i felt as him working there he should know what im talking about instead of trying to argue with me about how im going to get the mail and that i cant take it with me today.

It seems as the employees go out of their way to be rude to the customers. Not only do they lose your mail and don't apologize or seem to care but they insinuate its your fault they fail miserably to do their job. The employees need to be trained as I don't believe they ever were; one of them had the audacity to tell me I had to put 9 stamps on a simple letter that was being sent to another state. Crazy! Will only come to this post office if I'm desperate, would rather drive to the one downtown which isn't any better but at least they're nice there.

This has been an efficient and friendly Post Office with at least two clerks on duty. Unfortunately, during the Covid-19 pandemic, there has often only been one clerk and long lines of people waiting. They need to go back to the "all hands on deck" philosophy and I would be glad to change this rating to a 5-Star.

I ordered a package from Amazon and was notified that it had been delivered. I had checked my mail earlier today so didn't think to take my keys back in with me since the Amazon notification stated that they handed the package to the front desk and it would be too big to fit my P.O. Box. The older gentleman at the front was a little condescending and asked if I had received a yellow slip in my box if there was a package delivered. I explained that I had checked my mail earlier and there wasn't a yellow slip. He did an extremely poor job going to the back to look which forced me to go back to my car to get my keys and check my box again. There wasn't a slip but it showed that the package has been hand delivered to the front desk. He then proceeded to tell me that if the package came in today it would either be processed tomorrow or later in the week. I was in a time crunch and he could have just stated that from the beginning. Mind you this is the same gentleman that encouraged me to sign up for a P.O. Box with them. Thinking only the money mattered. Sir I hope you see his you impacted my day!

Went there today to ship off a 4"× 6" package and the lady at the register said my package was too small and I would have to buy one of their packaging to ship off what I had. I have lived in California, Massachusetts and now Colorado and have shipped out over a hundred various things in the same bubble packaging I used today and have never heard any postman say anything about the size of this packaging. I have used the same packaging at this same location and none of the other people who helped me out said anything about its size. Worst service person at any USPS I've been to.

The worst. Place I've ever experienced having to just pick up mail. And then when you call they like to Hang up and if you call back they give attitude and or just hand up when you say hello. Don't recommend if I could I would give 0 stars.

I've been going to this post office for almost 30 years now; & a quarter of the staff know how to treat me like an actual human being. Most of the staff over 35 have a major attitude problem & continuously MISGENDER me despite my I.D. saying otherwise & me correcting.I understand that Covid has had a BIG impact on ALL of our lives & is still a problem for the postal service; regarding pay, hours, deliveries & more. But that is NO excuse to be treated this way.I go to this post office, because it is near my home & easy for me to ship packages off for my personal business. Even though I am a young entrepreneur, it seems the service is very biased. It seems the younger generation is showing more respect towards their customers, than the older. After I receive all of my future packages I'm waiting for, I will definitely be transferring to a different postal service.
