US Post Office

We chose this location because of its proximity to the airport as we needed to send some extra clothes back. Initially we noticed the terrible reviews... However, our experience was nothing but wonderful! The USPS employee that helped us was very kind and considerate in our rush to catch a flight. We had no trouble at all getting our package out. A++

This is regarding the actual delivery driver(s) that deliver to the Condos on Acapulco Ct (it comes from this PO because this is where I have to pick up mail).You are TERRIBLE at your job. I've asked several times to bring larger packages up to the door because I cannot get them out of the mail box. YOUR DEPOSIT SIDE IS BIGGER THAN MY RETRIEVAL SIDE!!! Instead of doing that, you continue to shove oversized packages in a small box and at this point, I'm going to say it's just because you have nothing better to do than be a sad, angry, little person.

For some reason my package was delivered here. No idea why, seeing as I had MY address as the sending address. They lost my package and won't answer any of my calls or emails.

Friendly and easy to work with. Nice folks working our route. When I had a problem, I was able to get my issue resolved with a single call.

The outer box of letters is excessively full, very bad service, really.I do not recommend it, we receive letters late and have to pay the excess money for late letters.

Out of 5 packages that I have been sent that have gone through this USPS location 3 have not been delivered and were supposedly sent back to sender. Yet, when I reach out to the sender after them having me wait a week they deny receiving the package back. Most recently I had a package go through two offices no problem, when it reached this location the address was somehow insufficient. How did the package have a time and date for delivery and make it all the way to its destination without a proper address? No issues with any other delivery company other than USPS. Someone is stealing packages at this location! Then the workers just have you fill out a slip to have all your mail and packages picked up at the post office for 30 days, but that doesn't fix the underlying issue.

I left on deployment and had someone watch over my mail. I was getting regular mail. I came back and I was not receiving mail. I went to the post office and the lady said I had to put my name inside the mail box. I knew I already had my name on the white slip. Why did one mail people face my slip on the blank slide slide no one was living there. I have so much important mail coming in and the fact they act like no one was living there is sad cause I never submitted a change of address. This is sad and I've never been so mad in my life.

I want to know why my mail keeps going missing ,some one or something is STEALING mail ,I think you need to watch your Employees better ,because I have had to send 4 different BDCards so you are costing me more Money ,

I'd give it a zero but that's not an option. I called yesterday to put my mail on hold to pick up bc we just moved and don't have our keys to the mailbox yet. The lady told me I'd be able to pick them up today. I went in, and apparently the bitch didn't do her job and take my information and make a holding card. So then I had to fill one out and can't pick up my packages for a few days. And it is crucial that I was supposed to get my packages today bc in one of them is my anxiety medication that I haven't been able to take for 2 weeks and have been having withdrawals from. It's bullshit. Apparently no one at this post office does their fucking job.
