US Post Office

This is my favorite location to go to, unlike the other reviews I'm seeing unfortunately. I've always had fast service here, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I like going to the post office in person too to pick up holiday stamps, and they always have a nice variety

UPS and FEDEX packages were mistakenly dropped off at interior self serve parcel drop off box- after realizing this canme back days later to retrieve these packages and NO ONE WOUKD LOOK for them. We were told that they were in Denver, then at UPS and then at FedEX. We made a mistake but packages are still missing for 2 months now-

DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Worst post office I've ever experienced. They have not delivered five of my packages to me so far and just kind of "hold on" to them and then send them back without trying to contact me or anything?! They also ask that I pay for packages that they "couldn't deliver" even though we have a mailbox right out front, ON THE STREET clearly marked I am having a monthly package delivered to me and have been for years, how is it that I've lived two places and never had an issue with them placing it in my mailbox every month and then as soon as I move to where this post office delivers to it's all of a sudden a big deal? The mail lady once knocked on my car window as I was leaving holding my package telling me she cousin the deliver it and she won't give it to me and I have to pay, she was holding it right in front of me ?! Fucking bitch. They lost my most recent package and now I have to reorder it and I missed the chance to wear it at the event I ordered for. Please please please don't give them any business, who knows if you or whoever you're sending a package to will ever get it ?? ever

The worst post office to go to, so don't waste your time here. Plus, the woman supervisor is horrible. They don't help you out at all, and they lose your mail. They've lost incoming and outgoing mail on more than one occasion. Don't come to this post office!

Worst customer service I have ever had. I was trying to ship a large package today and the female employee (they refused to tell me her name) told me it would cost $130, I was told it would be cheaper than pakmail. I asked her why it was so expensive compared to the other shipping place I tried, and she literally threw my money back at me and told me to go there then. I was shocked and embarrassed by how rude and unkind she treated me. I will NEVER go back to this post office which I have been going to for 10 years. Very disappointed with the customer service.

They do not deliver to your door if you require a signature. I've had multiple issues of them leaving a note in the mailbox then going to this facility and them saying they don't have it, the mail carrier is delivering it today, then me go back home and watch the mailman drive by my house and not deliver it. Very annoying. The staff are nice, but the services are not good.

They refuse to deliver signature required packages to your house, even tho they deliver to my front door EVERYDAY and I am HOME ALL DAY EVERYDAY, but they refuse to knock for my signature and don't even bring the package with them. Instead, they expect me, an elderly crippled old lady, to find someone to drive me thirty miles to town because "they cant bother knocking on your door because they are too busy". So as a result of this INSANE UNSPOKEN POLICY, i just lost a job opportunity because I needed the papers in the package they refused to deliver TODAY. Thank you cheyenne mountain post office for ruining my life with your laziness.

The guy today just tried to make me feel stupid. No help. Old men in line love to grab you to get your attention that you're the next one being called up. DO NOT RECOMMEND! All I needed was to ship a trade in and they couldn't even do that. Walked into ups and they had it done in the snap of my finger. Absolutely atrocious experience. Will never come back here

Every time I come here the staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Steve for being the best!

Very friendly post office who always help out and find what you're looking for. Glad to always come here for my postal needs.
