US Post Office

Waited in line for awhile just for me to get to the front and him tell me I have to go home and print out a label for international shipping. Asked him do they not have that there (considering I always been able to get it at the post office) just for him to tell me no. I hate folks who don't try to help the customers and have the "oh well attitude" which is what he had. Ticked me off. What if I didn't have a printer to print that? Since when don't the post office have that there? Ridiculous. He's garbage and they need to get someone who's more willing to help their customers.

This post office needs new workers. Went in and no one else was in line and the worker there was busy playing with things on his desk and looked up at me and just gave me the rudest look like I was bothering him.

This is the worst post office i've had the disprivilege of going to. They told us that our mailbox key would be ready within a week, likely by last Tuesday. It is now Saturday, after hours, and our key is not done. We now have to wait until Monday, and we have several packages in the mailbox waiting due to the key taking quite a bit longer than anticipated. Needless to say, they're not doing a very good job. I'd like my mail before it starts getting returned.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. There are litterally no one ever at the desk - all the paycheck collecting parasites are always hiding in the back to the point where customers become frustrated and leave or have to yell for service. The people here are extremely rude and provide you treatment equivalent to that of a drug dealer being questioned by the police. What a dump! The postal service should be ashamed of the people they hired to work here.

I can't say I've physically been inside this Post Office on Fort Carson but I have called a few times on the phone an every time I have called I've always gotten a postal worker to answer within 3 rings , not only were they professional, polite knowledgeable they answered the phone the tracking service was second to none , try the branch on west 8th , good luck getting those folks to answer the phone over there I called on a Tuesday 5 minutes after they opened , 5 times I tried in a few hours to this day haven't gotten them to answer a phone , go there to mail letters & parcels or to pickup my mail when the out source delivery boneheads can't figure out how to deliver my packages !So considering all around service I am always satisfied to present day.

service is awful, their slow, whenever your package gets delivered you can't pick it up that day even if it's an emergency.

This is the worst post office and it's a disgrace to the postal service and it being on a military base makes it worse. P.O. Box is trash the customer service is definitely not a priority

This post office is terrible! You won't receive your package here until 24 hours after it has arrived. Sometimes even longer. To top it all off the employees are often rude and careless. 0/10 do not recommend.

DO NOT* get a PO Box at this USPS. U can't pick up u stuff the day it delivered and may not even be the next day. They will not help u for most of the forms and tags instead they tell u to go online and print over there. The UPS next door way better.

The worst experience I have ever had at a post office. Right off the bat, their phone number is no good. It just rings and rings for 5 minutes and then immediately hangs up. I've tried to call over a dozen times to get my missing mail issue sorted out but it's actually impossible to get ahold of this post office since the phone number is no good. They're holding all of my mail and not forwarding it to my forward address, which I submitted over 2 weeks ago! Please avoid this place at all costs, they will just waste your time.
