Worst customer service ever. Leaving one star is leaving one too much. Employees are less than enthused to help. They are slow and not sympathetic to the needs of the people who walk in. No eye contact or greetings. Piss poor leadership is what I think is going on because your employees are shit.

Leaving one star is one star too many. I thought it was just a fluke that the employee working the counter was being rude just to me, but then two people behind me also got barked at and looked visibly unhappy with their encounter from the staff as well. I'll be avoiding this place !

So the elderly woman in the front is truly past her prime the "bigger" one she's yelled at me for not understanding the flat rate boxes after I explained to her a staff member told me to use that box she then said "they don't know what there talking about" I'm not upset about the KO take because they happen but more less about the unprofessionalism Beware the line will be 14+ people any day after 2:00 PM Where on lost box #3

They earned their 1.5 star rating. The lines in here are ALWAYS long because they have 2 people who work here at any given time. They took my mailbox key from my box (which we have multiple keys for) and held it and my mail hostage saying they would not deliver mail till that specific key was picked up. This alone was an aggravation because I commute almost 5 hours per day up to Boulder and back and it was impossible to get there during their open hours. When I finally managed to they made me wait in this line from here to China, JUST to hand me back my key!! I avoid coming here any time I can because of every PO I've been to this one just absolutely sucks!! The people who work here illustrate absolutely no sense of urgency to move people through the line, moving so slow you'd think they'd been set to .5x speed. Hate it. 1.5 is deserved.

These people have no clue what they're doing. I moved in the beginning of December, put a hold on my address just to still receive mail to my old parcel for about 2 weeks. I had things delivered to my new address, in which I asked the carrier to simply leave it at the post office for I thought the delivery was through FedEx. He of course delivered it to my parcel!! I requested to get my keys on the 23rd of December, someone was suppose to call me when the locks were changed, this to never happened. I took it upon myself to go in and just see if they were available because it had been 2 weeks since I put the request in. The older white lady I was speaking to was so obnoxiously rude, told me she doesn't know where my keys are & to take it up with the supervisor. You would think people would hold some type of moral standard, considering they're working directly with the public and people's mail. Kind of important in my opinion and to have such uncaring and negligent staff is above me. If I could choose a different postal office I would, because these people are absolutely ridiculous. I will say that the older gentleman is very kind as well as the ethnic woman who works up front. Everyone else can go, including the carriers.

Postal Clerk at the Centennial Office location was rude and condescending. All she cared about was taking an early break. Two different clerks gave me two different prices for the same package. I had to buy a roll of tape as they do not provide even a little piece of tape for a letter. Penny wise and Pound Foolish.

Unfortunately I can't use a 0 star. The staff is extremely rude. As you all know we have to but our own tap. I was almost literally accused of steal tape. I purchased this tape from this exact same store months ago because the rude lady would not let me use her. well to my surprise the lady should have stamped it when I bought it. I assured the gentleman that it was mine. He stamped the roll of tape right before he snatched my package from my hand. I have to come here because it is the closest PO in my area. TAKE YOUR OWN TAPE, BOX, ETC. And make sure you ask for it to be stamped when you purchase.

This specific USPS office is very poorly managed. Its almost as if it is independently owned and doesnt have to follow any type of standard that other offices must follow. I've been here twice, the first time I left and went to another one, the second time I decided to give it a chance. The next time I need to go to USPS I will go out of my way to avoid this office. It needs to be disbanded.

I had just moved and was expecting a package. The package was sent back to the post office. I went to the post office to retrieve it. Though it it was not located, Sherry took my information and told me she would call me. I'm happy to report that Sherry did call me and I did receive my package. This post office is very busy and thankful that Sherry took the time to contact me.
