US Nails

I was traveling and went to this salon to have my dip powder removed and fixed as the previous nail tech pretty much ruined my nails. When I asked the gentleman to file my nails as little as possible due to the previous tech filing them to the point of being paper thin, he listened. They put on a base coat and two coats of powder as to try and make my nails thicker until they grew out in a few weeks. He was accommodating and got me in immediately as well as fixing the terrible job the previous people did. These guys rock!

Way too expensive for the acrylic being so thick. I wanted it to be thinner, but she charged me double and made it super thick and ugly

We had great service. Walked in and my daughter and I were instantly greeted and my nails were done and her pedi was done in 1/2 hr. I liked the quick and quality service. Clean and very welcoming.

We walked in wanting two pedicure, they directed us to a seat and we both soaked our feet in luke warm water.About 10 minutes later they started working on my pedicure. They were took a long time and there was a weak quick massage. By the end of my pedicure the hadn't even started my moms pedicure so she just got her toes painted. The place wasn't very clean either. They had sanitary logs on the wall but they were up to date. There was also a dog out that was just hanging out there. Also not very sanitary.But overall we were disappointed that we have to wait another hour for her to be finished. We wouldn't have gotten pedicures if it would have taken 2 hours. We would have liked to be advised of the wait time.I included a picture of out toes.Very mediocre job and poor experience.

sadly I had the worst service ever. after going there for years the lady who did my nails was very argumentative and rude. I had to go back because the nail bubbled. she was explaining it like it was my fault.... but after less than 24 hours this happened. so I was told by the front desk person well she will have to fix it because she's the one who did them. so sadly I said ok sure. talk about totally uncomfortable for a place that should be relaxing turned into a "hot seat"i could see if i wasn't a paying customer I was just asking them to make it right. less than 24 hours again the polish has already lifted up and cracked. talk about a terrible experience i hope they fix this person but for reference her name was Janet..... Jennifer did well but wasn't available that day but she's your girl if you want a nice design and nails that last

I used to get my nails done here a lot but they were SOOO expensive after each visit. No price lists or anything. Whenever i would go they would try to get me out in less than 20 minutes. I even asked them for an estimate on a set that I was getting from them and they originally said $85. After i got done and went to the receptionist i had to pay $165 for a pretty basic set that i've had done there before. Their work is phenomenal don't get me wrong but every tech has different prices. When I would get the receipt from them they would add things i didn't even ask for.

I got a pedicure with my sister. The price in the menu is not the price. It was $20 more. No I did not get any polished removed either.

Love this Salon went and got a full Set XL With remi I think her name was I'm terrible with names but she did amazing!!! Well be going to see her for a fill!!

I'd give it ZERO stars but that's not an option. In and out in 15 minutes. NOT by my choice. $86 for two pedicures that were done in 10 minutes. Walked in with dry, flacking feet, walked out with the same feet just a new, sloppy coat of paint. Disappointed is an understatement. thanks for nothing.

Was overcharged-not shown a price list when asked. Also, did not receive massage, sugar scrub, or hot towel with Bliss pedicure. All service were poor. Will never return.
