The food here is amazing! I had the garden bowl with bacon and my friend had the huevos rancheros. It was soooo good! Everything was made to perfection!We also had a Bloody Mary which was mixed very well and tasted great. The service was spectacular and the ambiance was inviting and comfortable.If you are looking for a fabulous breakfast place that has great service, excellent food, and a great ambiance I highly recommend Urban Egg!

Came in with family a while back and forgot to post a well deserved 5 star review. We were promptly seated with the accommodation of us being a party of 5 from a very nice and quick host. They were very busy with multiple large parties at the time, so multiple servers took care of us to make sure we got everything we needed even when our official server was busy (Which, as someone who works in food service, I understand and I love that everyone came together to ensure we were taken care of!). The food and drinks were PERFECT! Every drink/dish was delicious, I will note a few select favorites: The strawberry basil lemonade (so refreshing and sweet!) - The cure (house favorite for a reason, it was so smooth and tropical!) - Blueberry streusel pancakes (so fluffy and delicious, I wish I had a bigger stomach!) - Last but not least, the Breakfast TACOS! (every bite was packed with flavor, we're glad we got extras!)This place was an absolute 10/10 !!!Side note: I forgot to mention the wish wall, what a beautiful message. The scenery was so nice and that was truly the cherry on top! I put a couple of wishes on there!

The food was amazing! Came here for my son's birthday and it was a hit! Paul's service was great! He made sure we had everything we needed and the extra blueberry syrup..yum! The ambiance was decent for a Sunday morning for brunch! Blueberry streusel pancakes were delicious!!!!! Urban Egg you rock!

Second trip confirmed that urban egg is a banger. Loved our meals again! I tried something different this time with the omelette and hash browns and just did a single blueberry streusel pancake which was my fav from the flight last time. I would go back to the eggs and ham next time but the omelette was pretty standard and wasn't oily which I appreciated! The hashbrowns were bomb! We both loved them. And the streusel again was amazing! My husband said one of the best breakfasts he's ever had. He ordered the chicken and the egg and added a biscuit. The biscuit alone wasn't that impressive but the sausage was super good. All so good!

Tried the Breakfast for Dinner sitting which they are doing third Thursday of the month in summer. Same great menu just in the early evening. We had reserved for four of us but the place was not busy when we arrived just after opening at 5.I had the Veracruz Breakfast Fajitas which came with an amazing steak that was beautifully marinated. It was so good I refused to mix it with anything else and just ate it on its own. The green chili was suitably spicy and the guacamole was available to take the edge off the heat.My companions had the classic eggs Benedict and the Tuscan eggs Benedict. Both good solid dishes, and well executed but I was very pleased with my choice!May well do breakfast for dinner again before summer finishes!

Visited Colorado Springs this past weekend and we stayed in downtown. Our flight wasn't until later afternoon so we decided to find a place in downtown and walk for brunch. So glad we used Yelp and found Urban Egg. First, I love that they have Yelp waitlist!! It's crazy that this place seemed to be the only popular breakfast place around; maybe the only?I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and they were delicious!!! Loved the blue corn tortilla! And the over easy eggs I got were great. I also asked for the avocado crema on the side but on it would've been fine. It's so amazing!! I could eat it alone! The waitress was very attentive and nice and filled my coffee cup up. And I loved that they have mini booths which seat two which is so cute and perfect. They also have tables but you are just a party of two, I feel it makes things go fast. Highly recommend Urban Egg if you're in Colorado Springs!
