ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD AND HERE WHYI' was a server from the age 18-25 and never have I ever had Terrible service like this nor given service like the servers at this location. the servers here were BEYOND rude and the manager was even worse. They treated us like garbage I don't want to assume but I can safely say my family has a Hispanic accent the servers were AWFUL but whenever a Caucasian family came in they were super nice they were on top getting refills and there food came out quicker then ours we were there 2 hours and 45 mins and 5 TABLES got there food before us, and then they gave my husband and my mother in law the wrong food and when I asked to speak to the manager the server rolled her eyes at us and then when they did bring the food it was suppose to be a medium steak and it was WELL DOWN TO THE MAX and then the chicken and waffles they gave me a supper soggy waffle eggs done wrong and the chicken was burnt and when we asked to have it redid the manager the grabbed the plate super rude and took over 30 mins to bring us new food it was such a terrible experience from the host being rude and the 2 different servers and the manager We LOVE urban egg just DONT come to this location!!!!

We are visiting our daughter, for a month. We have tried several other cafes in Colorado Springs, Colorado, while here on our visit.URBAN EGG in the Briargate community, by far, is at the top of our list. First, our waitress, SHELLY, very welcoming, extremely polite, very knowledgeable about the menu and throughout our stay, (2hrs), she continued to provide service.The food, great presentation on the plate. The Chef did a great job. Served hot & ready to eat. The taste was over the top.We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The stuffed French toast was sooooooo good! It was a huge serving and decadent so I couldn't finish it but it was definitely worth getting! The waiter was fantastic and went through the menu recommending food and drinks and proving great service. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area

This spacious restaurant with indoor & outdoor seating came recommended & I am so happy to give it a try. The staff & service was top notch. Our waitress Lisa was extremely attentive & made excellent recommendations. The Portobello Mushroom breakfast tacos were phenomenal & the cinnamon swirl pancakes were hands down the best pancakes I've ever had. I highly recommend this brunch spot, it won't disappoint!

Been coming here for years and the Tuscan Benedict is always my go to (make sure to get it with the loaded hash browns!) service is always great and the place is almost always packed to the teeth. I've started coming in earlier in the mornings to keep the quieter cozy diner feel. Love this spot! Been to all the locations in the springs and they are all consistently delicious!
