Unravel Coffee - Vail

Good coffee, good service. The coffee is probably a little light roasted for me. Hard to beat the location though.

Best latte I could find in area. Yes pricy as its vail village. But they have certified gluten free Oatly milk --which is important if you're celiac like me and love your oat milk lattes! Nice drink menu including a coffee-free tumeric latte.

Amazing single origin drip coffee. Great, cozy environment. All syrups are homemade and really pretty tasty. The nitro milkshake was nothing to write home about.

Try their Nitro cold brew milkshake. It's bomb! Made with their house vanilla syrup and oat milk.

Please please please work on customer service at your cafe/restaurant. I came in to eat after skiing and loved the decor. There was a bar area for me to eat and a fireplace. Wanted tea and something for lunch so it felt perfect. Found a menu and was ready to order but could not find a single person who could be helpful! And there wasn't even many people in the place. The worst thing was nobody even looked up to make eye contact. They had signs up at the bar saying they would not service a certain part of the bar until noon and to see the barista, but the signs were still up and it was 1pm so I was confused. So, I didn't know what to do. Went to the coffee area and nobody was there. I then found a woman pouring cups of water for table and asked her who I could speak with for a table. She said in a rude way to see the host. At first confused because my entrance didn't have a host stand I then walked across the restaurant and saw another entrance with a host stand however, there wasn't a host! Waited and didn't get the sense anyone was even aware I existed. I saw a woman checking bottles of wines in the fridge and stood infront of her and waived. She was on the phone, looked up, and didn't give any recognition. I then walked into the hall to see if the hotel could tell me who was managing the restaurant and ironically he was on the phone with someone maybe trying to make a reservation because I could here him saying there wasn't a hostess. I no longer felt comfortable and left to go to another place that was much busier yet warm and friendly. Let's keep Vail welcoming - do better, please.

Terrible service. Three people working, yet none seem to be making coffee. They are focused exclusively on ringing up orders, not actually preparing what was ordered. Poorly run.
