Underwater Connection Diventures

A well-deserved 5 stars! I went to Underwater Connection to do a private scuba refresher class, 3 years after getting a bit scared during the open water portion of my certification in Texas. Roger was my teacher and was patient, warm, and kind, and he made what I thought would be a scary experience into a very fun one! The equipment, diving pool and staff are top notch. Highly recommend!

My kids have learned so much since coming here! We had take a bit of a break when soccer started... too many activities... but I know my kids will pick up right where they left off.

Great place to learn new diving skills. I took my Nitrox certification here and Dave explained everything in a way that made sense. Highly recommend

I wanted to take this time to let you know how Awesome Under Water Connections is. I grew up in Southern California and work at a Dive when I was younger. I just got back into Diving. I cannot think of one person because truly everyone I came into contact with at Under Water was outstanding, helpful and all around great people. I started off looking for a Dive suit and had to try on several different ones. I came back a few days later and did it all over again, I ended up purchasing a Water Proof, for me it was the perfect fit (I love It). Now I was getting ready to purchase gear I went up north to a couple other shops to compare, however Because of the staff and knowledge I return to Under Water Connections. Once again after a few visits I purchased following itemsBCD= Scuba Pro Hydros Pro BCD with Air2 V gen, Plus white panel to match my wet suitReg/1st Stage = MK11/C370 by Scuba Pro Console, Aladin one 3-gauge console (Scuba Pro)Fin, Sea Wing Nova Fin (Scuba pro)Dry Bag, 120L, Black (Scuba Pro) For me I wanted to stay with Scuba Pro however they have everything and anything and of course all different price ranges. Having BCD, Reg and Console by scuba pro come with lifetime warranty on parts as long as I service it. I have been in their pool with everything on and it was perfect, BCD felt Awesome I love the fact it has its own back pack it fits into, I can switch out for warmer water and not so warm. The Reg wow, I could not be happier it was so smooth and easy to breathe.Now the fins so much power and I went with the swatch yellow so everyone can see me from behind,For my next step with under water is to complete my Dive Master. Great Place, Fantastic Staff you cannot go wrong, They also do so much more then scuba diving its worth checking them out

I took a snorkeling/skin diving lesson there a couple of days ago and it was great! I can't remember the instructor's name but he was an older gentleman who was very nice, informative, encouraging, and patient. He even let me use his towel! I was running way behind and left my house in such a hurry that I forgot my towel so he let me use his.He actually stayed way longer than the lesson was supposed to take b/c he told me not to stop until I was completely comfortable and that he would stay for as long as that took. The class was VERY reasonably priced and helped me the confidence to snorkel and skin dive in Bali next month. I highly recommend them for any snorkeling or diving lessons.

My son started his swimming lessons last year here (he is 13yo). As a beginner, I knew he would either start with toddlers and get private lessons. I always drove by underwater connection and thought this place was for divers. They are reasonable priced and very attentive. He enjoys his lessons very much and appointment time is flexible rather than I fit into their schedule ! Kudos !

Our family has taken multiple classes from open water to free diving. It's been a great experience. Most recently Chloe was an incredible gift to our family. She helped us navigate registration and was clear, professional, winsome, thorough joyful in helping us make our next family dream come true!

The Snyder Family was blessed by Chloe! She was working with us as much as we needed to be able to sign up for the right class. She was so helpful so kind and very accommodating!

I left 2 High Pressure steel 120 cu.ft tanks to be filled on 17 July. I picked them up today 22 July. I checked the tanks to ensure that they were full. Both tanks read just over 2800 psi on their gauge. The technician said that their gauge was off 200 psi and assured me that the tanks are full. (3000psi is full)Upon returning home I checked both tanks with my Perdix dive computer and my analog gauge and both thanks were just over 2600 psi. So, I agree with the technician that their gauge is off 200 psi, but it is reading 200 psi high and not 200 psi low.If their gauge that they use to check tanks is that far out of calibration, I wonder if the equipment that they use to check regulators is out of calibration. The do sell new gauges in the store.The technician said that they are very understaffed.My Perdix dive computer and my Suunto analog gauge agreed.I can get a hot fill at most dive shops in Colorado and have this much air when the tank cools.UWC was recently purchased by Diventures and they no longer sells fill cards. They now charge $12 for a partial fill. Under the UWC brand they supported one local dive a year. They concentrating on training divers and if you want to gain experience through them you must sign up for more training or a SCUBA trip.

Our experience through the years has always been wonderful with UWC. All three of our kids were certified with them and my wife and I have taken refreshers there. The instructors are always very competent in their knowledge and spot on with their teaching mannerism. And, one consistent face of friendliness, patience and diving wisdom is Natchi (sp?) ... she is really great!
