Trophy Hut

I have known Connie and Ken for over 10 years. I had ordered a intricate plaque and they created a masterpiece exactly like I wanted. I am also impressed by their non-profit organization to help seniors throughout the Fountain/Ft Carson area.

Wow! If I could sit outside and warn everybody how they charge so much I would. I've been going to Achievement Gallery and we are talking half the price for the same exact thing. I feel they're robbing the soldiers and maybe they are not aware but I am telling you, please look elsewhere.

I promise you, you will not find a better shop. The precision, the quality, and the warm positive vibes, can only be found in a place called Trophy Hut. Genuinely compassion for people and the crazy things they want to turn into memorabilia. Stop wasting your time going anywhere else.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I've never had such horrible customer service in my life until this place. Lets start from the beginning. My Soldiers dropped of my uniform here to be framed as a retirement gift. The only reason they said they even went here was because the business said they would have it done in time for my retirement farewell which it wasn't. When the item was ready to be picked up the lady called my Co-worker who had since PCS'd and mind you was in a different time zone. (keep in mind this is after it was weeks late in being done) My Co-worker then called me and asked me if I could pick it up because the lady (owner) was calling her and leaving her threating voicemails about contacting her chain of command if she didn't pick up etc. I went in to pick it up and Made the lady mad because I told her point blank that it looked bad and didn't even look like the picture she was shown.(first pic is what she was shown, 2nd pic is what they did) She kept saying that my Co-worker/Soldier had drawn a picture (which she didn't). The uniform was all bunched up, everything spaced out not dress right dress and to top it off their were deep scratches all in the glass. I asked them to fix the glass and since they had to take it apart could they try to fix the uniform and add the rank that was supposed to be there. They said that was fine. I didn't have the rank so they said they could provide it for $6. I said fine. The lady then asked me to come in and look at the rank (why????) so I did and she wasn't there. The other owner (male) even asked me why I came in to see something I knew what it looked like already . I told him because she said I had to. She then called me again and said I needed to come back in and Pay. I asked her why she hadn't communicated that to her co-owner as I had already took time out of my day to come up there and look at the rank as she asked. She proceeded to raise her voice at me and tell me they weren't fixing anything until I came and paid. I raised my voice trying to get her to just listen, she then hung up on me. It took me calling back 15 times for her to only answer and start threating me and my career. I finally just asked for a refund. She said shed call me back and hung up again. She called about 5 days later and said she'd refund me my $180 ( this doesn't even include the $200+ my soldiers had already paid her) Said it would take a week. I went to get my refund and it wasn't even the full amount she stated over the phone. When I showed up I was on the phone with my daughters Dr. office and had been for over 20 minutes. She told me she wouldn't give me my refund until I hung up the phone. I told her I had been on hold for so long already and asked why she couldn't just give me my refund. She said no so yes I hung up the phone because I just wanted to be done and over dealing with this rude and mean Lady. She gave me back $40 less then she had stated over the phone and they Kept my retirement flag! This was supposed to be a very important gift to commemorate my 20 years of service and this lady made it the worst experience of my life. She seriously gets off and treating people so mean and ugly. She makes you come back little by little in order to treat you like crap instead of taking care of the problem professionally and quickly. DO NOT go here. She should be ashamed for the way she treats people. So thank you Trophy hut for taking something that meant the world to me and absolutely destroying it!!!

I have been doing business with the Trophy Hut since 2003. I have received exceptional quality and customer service throughout, as well as very reasonable pricing. It started with military awards and continues with the high school wrestling team I currently coach.

My husband and I went In to get a saber engraved and a guideon framed. The owners, both Ken & Connie, we're so very helpful and knowledgable. They were flexible also. We changed our minds on the plaque colors and they were more than willing to change things up. Their prices are reasonable and they only require half of the payment up front. They do quick work too. I highly recommend that anyone getting any framing done go here.
