Adorable little community of adobe style cottages. We were welcomed with friendly service when checking in. Our cottage was clean and set up well. The beds were comfortable. There was a pool and hot tub onsite which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

This place was the best decision we made to have a great vacation. The owners were extremely friendly and full of great information about the area. The cottages are less than a mile from tons of attractions. About the best location we could've asked for. The pool and hot tub work great, the pool has a Nice 3 foot section for the kids but then goes down to 8 foot so the adults could actually swim too, and not just walk around. The hot tub was relaxing. The cottage was spacious and full of everything we needed to cook a few meals in our kitchen. The two bedroom was more than adequate for our family of four. It was clean and had satellite TV in the living room and both bedrooms, although with so much to do you don't really need it. We got a fun up close view of a deer right in our front area. It walked around Nibling on the grass and bushes and wasn't frightened off by us when we came out to take pictures of it.There is no doubt that the next time we are in the area this will be where we stay.

Wonderful little adobe style cabins. All new interiors, spotlessly clean. Full kitchens, out door grill, picnic table under pavilion, porch with chairs. Quiet set back away from the busy main tourist area of Manitou Springs but yet close to everything I'm Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs. Very close to Garden of the Gods. Multi cabins would be perfect for extended family trip but yet allow privacy with separate cabins per family. Hot tub, pool, children's play area. Parking right next to each cabin. Highly recommend, a hidden gem!

We rented three cottages here for a family wedding in Manitou Springs. It was absolutely perfect for our families! The cottages were so nice and clean and well stocked with all cooking necessities and then some. We loved being off the main street in Manitou, while still being conveniently located near downtown Manitou as well as grocery, pharmacy, etc. My family from the Chicago area were thrilled with the deer that roam the property, and we used the common cookout area for a wonderful family bbq and epic ping pong matches. Cheryl and her husband were so accommodating, it was everything I was hoping for as a setting for a family gathering. The prices were extremely reasonable for the charming cabins. I would highly recommend Town n Country Cottages for anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the Colorado Springs area!

What a gem! This place is a great value. We paid $75 a night in late September for a darling little cottage. It was one of their two one room duplex cottages and it was perfect. It had a queen bed, sofa sleeper, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Perfectly clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The property is just a little off the beaten path while still being close to everything so it was very quiet while being so convenient.Cheryl was very nice and helpful with ideas and suggestions. She made sure to point out that the hot tub was up and running and we definitely made good use of it. Probably the cleanest, most well maintained hot tubs I'd ever seen. The pool was closed by that time but it looked really nice and the grounds were beautiful.I'd love to come back here again maybe with a group and spend the week. The set up would be perfect for a family reunion and most of the cottages have full kitchens and there is a pavilion with grills and tables that would be great for having an evening in.We will return next time we are in Manitou Springs!

We love this place. We rented a 2bed cottage, full kitchen furnished with all the necessities for cooking in. I enjoyed the quiet secluded feel. Only thing missing was the fire place. Will definitely return.

We were here about half an hour before I turned to my husband and said,"We are never staying at another place but this one, up here ever again." We have stayed at most of the lodging in the area (even the extra high-end ones), and this is sooooo leaps ahead of any other place in the area, for our needs. We have small children and a teen, and the cottage with two bedrooms and a pull-out worked perfectly for us. A little kitchen nicely stocked with pots and pans and fridge and stove, picnic table outside with a grill, lovely pool and kids play area, plus covered ping pong and nifty little stream. Everything is spotless and well-kept, I laid in bed just baffled how they keep everything so well maintained; like 11 houses worth of home improvements and maintenance and repairs and seasonal upkeep and family needs and laundry to tend to; I'd need a staff of about 25 to do all this. Marley, the resident golden retriever, is kind and friendly and stops by for a restrained hello, but takes her job doing rounds seriously. We loved puttering around town and coming "home" to cook a meal and eat outside in the mountain air, have a glass of wine in the cool and just ... breathe. Just lovely. I don't want to go!! Thank you very much for having us, what a treat!

We stayed in 2 of the 2 bedroom cottages. They are very nice inside with newer carpet, fixtures and HD flatscreens in all the rooms. The kids enjoyed the playground and the basketball court. Overall great little cabins with great value, very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful, spacious accommodations! Full kitchen with a table for six plus, large bathroom, sitting area and covered paking/patio. Made friends with a deer that visited in the late afternoon and rested in the wooded area just beyond my patio. My room was ~ 30 feet from a delightful creek which forms the southern boundary of the property. Convenient location to Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and the Broadmoor area. The ONLY reason my review is not five star - the pool was closed for the season the day of my arrival.
