the only reason i give them 2 stars and not one is because I have integrity as a human being. most of the time everythings good except the one time I actually needed customer service . when I got home and started drinking the first beer, I noticed that the beer had not been filtered properly and so i called the store and kindly asked for a refund. the clerk was persistent that the beer was fine, completely ignoring what I was saying...so I just hung up and probably will be a while until I buy from that store again.

FANTASTIC little liquor store! As an update to my previous review, this place improved as I have met one of the owners named Tim. He said that if there is anything he doesn't offer that any of his customers want, he will do his best to order it in for them. I am now tickled pink that I can get my pear sake at Tower Landing! Tim got it in for me a week or so ago. Great little neighborhood liquor store that I'm thrilled to have nearby!

I bought some Shiraz from the Black Box brand. I called to let them know that I opened it and poured a glass and the wine tasted like it had gone bad somehow and asked if I could just exchange it for another. Couldn't believe it but I was told "NO', but I could have10 percent off another. What? He then said he would be unable to return it because it was open. I told him, I wouldnt know if it had gone bad unless I opened it and tasted it and it was a full box of wine. All I wanted was to exchange it. Worst customer service ever! Even if they just tossed the bad one and gave me another, I would have been fine. I didnt ask for my money back, but just wanted to exchange it. I work at Buckley and stop in there because it is convenient. Wont be stopping there again. I hope it was worth losing a customer.

Says they're closing at 12am but they close way earlier than that. I was there this week and there was a security guard saying no even though it was early. Don't go there it's a waste of time! Very unprofessional from the employees, and the manager that hires them.

These guys are awesome. Everyone in there is super friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. There may be a product you're interested in that they don't have, so just ask, and they'll make efforts to bring it in. The employees are always having fun and joking with each other and the customers, making for a fun atmosphere when you walk in. These guys treat each other, and their customers, like family, and care deeply about the business and it shows.

I visit this liquor store often because it is the closest to my house. You would think these people would value that and notice my loyalty to their store over the past year but then again, it is just a liquor store... screw customer service right? Get your shit and leave. Was having some issues with card declining. Guy behind the counter says "money issues?" and I give him another card that gets declined. Clearly I'm confused. He was simply rude, and i was already embarrassed, even though I have plenty of money to cover it. Called the bank, 30 minutes later go back inside. Hands full, bank customer service on the phone, card in the other hand, try asking the guy (who has his eyes glued to his phone) if he held onto my 6 pack or put it back because I had no idea how long I was gone on the phone at that time. Guy ignores me, just staring at his phone. I speak up and he says "yeah you're gonna have to go get that again" without even looking at me. This isn't the first time this guy has been rude, and I am not the only person he has been rude to. This is the first review I have ever wrote for yelp. I just want this neighborhood liquor store to know they lost not only one loyal customer, but several others due to the attitude from your employee or (god forbid) manager/owner. I hope he chokes on his chewing tobacco.

Awesome store close to my in-laws about the only place in town i've ever seen harlem. Not much of a wine drinker the owner suggested the perfect wine for the toast at my wedding.
