We have now had two different projects completed by Tops in Stone and could not be more pleased! Derek Richardson, Sales Manager, really set the tone. He was responsive and very knowledgeable. We chose a quartzite for our two islands and a complementing granite for the base countertops. We had a quartz countertop for our vanity installed earlier in the month. From the showroom folks, the schedulers, the administrative staff and then, most of all, the installers - we have had a 5-star experience. The installers were so professional and friendly - they knew their trade and were excellent craftsmen! Left out home spotless! Cannot recommend Tops in Stone, Colorado Springs more strongly.

Update: they did finally respond and fix the issue. The installers are great and do quality work. All the issues have been with the office and measuring/fabrication. A wise author once said it's not about what a business does or doesn't do as much as how they made the customer feel. I felt like we had to constantly work to get basic customer service. In the end the counter is fine, but it took way too much effort on our part to make it work. -----Original:We'd really like to be happy with our granite counters, but Tops in Stone is making it a bit difficult. They were installed a few months back; that process was a bit rough but we all got through it. Now there are issues that need warranty attention--there are small chips around the sink and other countertop edges. Should be simple and straightforward. But I've been trying for over two weeks through 3 different people (D in sales, M in billing, and R at the company to have someone contact me...no luck. At this point I feel like they've written us off. I've turned to posting a negative review as a last resort; had they come through this might be a higher rating. I cannot recommend them for anything at this time, until this issue is resolved.

We went to Tops in Stone to look at our first granite purchase for our first remodel project. Great selection! We worked with Derek Richardson who got the ball rolling. I asked for a recommendation for a tile installer and he gave me Billy Watkins name. He's on the ball also! Derek was very knowledgable of the stone products and he was out to take a look at our project the morning I called him. He's been very responsive whenever I've called. The granite we chose was ordered promptly, measurement done expertly ( I can't remember his name!), and the granite ready to install before we ever expected! We were amazed! The 3 installers came to our home early for the appointment and worked quickly, efficiently and with care and precision to install our beautiful countertop! I have trouble finding the seam! We will be using Tops in Stone when it's time for our kitchen remodel! Thanks to everyone for a very satisfying experience!

They came out and measured, then requested another appointment to measure again. When the second technician came, I asked why the second measure, they didn't know why. They scheduled a day for install, but then called and stated they had "lost" our slab. Were shown remnants that didn't match each other well, to replace the slab that we put a deposit on. Now attempting to get deposit back, but calls are going to voicemail and no response after a week of leaving messages.

From the sales experience, thank you Robin, to the installation, the experience was top notch. Skyler, the 2 Johns, Bobby, and the 2 Bills, they were all very professional and did a fantastic job. Let's not leave out Tim who did an incredible job of measuring the kitchen to make a perfect fit.We put in quartzite. Hopefully, this is our last kitchen remodel (we have now done 4 in our life). It looks phenomenal: couldn't be happier. The stone is absolutely stunning: thank you Belle for the eye to find such a nice product.Since we have done 4, we have worked with a number of companies over the years. As a stone fabricator, we are very pleased with what we received in service. Good company, good advice, great people. Lots of patience as we worked on backsplashes and matching.

Just wanted to take the time to express our appreciation to the Tops In Stone team. We purchased a quartz countertop and backsplash for our powder room. Initially there was a minor issue with one section of the backsplash due to the odd angles of the walls. The angle was a difficult cut to make and though the cut and craftsmanship were great, the angle of the cut wasn't quite right for us. I reached out to Abby and she quickly worked with the team to replace the piece that we asked be cut differently. We couldn't be happier with the final product and look forward to working with TIS on future projects.

Sales person was awesome, measure guy was awesome, and then had to deal with the schedulers who are terrible on the phone if they actually answer or call you back. Cant wait for this to be over. Looking for a different stone place for the kitchen if I can find the stone I am using in the bathroom.Really frustrating!

Horrible experience with Tops In Stone. We had several issues. Scheduling delays and changes, broken sinks during installation and no urgency to repair (I was told the sinks had been ordered but after 10 days, I checked with the supplier and they had no record of Tops In Stone order), pieces that didn't fit, faucet holes drilled incorrectly so had to order additional parts to retrofit the faucet fittings. These issues increased the cost of the project due to schedule delays, additional time with contractors, and plumber who had to fix their mistakes. Businesses have accidents. Reputable and successful businesses take responsibility for those accidents, communicate with the customer and resolve the matter as quickly and as painlessly as possible. I would never use this business again.
