Top Dollar Pawn

Our first experience selling at a pawn shop and it was great. My partner and I had some jewelry left over from past relationships. The staff was friendly and explained the process of appraising, did the appraisal quickly and we were very happy with the results.

i did not have a good experience here. firstly, they had the wrong hours listed on Yelp for their own business. it says they open at 9, but they actually opened at 10. was looking to pawn two watches that were originally over $300 and unopened wireless earbuds. the man behind the counter was not friendly at all and wouldn't take any of our items that pawn shops usually take. go somewhere else.

Been in there a few times for electronics and guitar stuff. Their prices are hilarious. Most of what I saw there could be purchased new at Wal-Mart for less than they were selling used. When I pointed this out to the woman at the counter she looked up stuff eBay or something and tried to call me a liar. Great service! Not.

I couldn't get West or Savannah to even answer one of my phone calls till I wrote a review and then all of a sudden they're willing to pay me my money that's late

It looks like this pawn shop and it's shady owners are done for. The old lady with red hair who vapes and is extremely rude was arrested with her husband and the police raided her house and shops. I knew something wasn't right. I seen her yell at her employees and customers. Their prices were insanely expensive. They wouldn't come down on the prices either. They didn't care to make a sale or not. They kept accumulating so much inventory. So much so, you couldn't walk in those stores without bumping in to stuff. They even had both Pueblo stores expanded for more storage. I knew something was going on since she bought more junk than she sold. Lots of stuff just sat there for years on end. Even the clearance stickers were still way above retail. I would have never knew these people were criminals. Not once were they nice to me. Sure there were a few workers here and there that tried were awesome and lowered the price a little. Good bye and good riddance.

Expensive. There's a reason they have 500 of the same drill and clutter beyond belief. Their prices are too high to move any items through the store. They have great stuff, just most of it is above retail price.

Absolute trash! Everything is way overpriced and they insult you with their offers...the owner is a garbage human being,she is an absolute scammer.

best pawn shop in town. not sure if they are open for regular business now... but only good experiences here good customer service they have always been helpful and reasonable prices!

Terrible customer service. Don't shop here. Never had a worst experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Sold quite a few older electronics here upon moving and staff was fair with pricing (for a pawn shop), and knowledgable. I would return.
