Top Dollar Pawn

Any place would have to be better... I took an item here for a "loan". I requested special wrapping to prevent damage, and was told it would be done. Picked the item up... paid the "finance charge"... item damaged. Of course they wouldn't admit fault, but it was absolutely not damaged when dropped off. They put one layer of stretch wrap over it. The wrap they use is like plastic wrap to cover leftover food.Once and done for me. Highly do not recommend. Other shops in the area are far superior.

This place is amazing!!! Fair prices, great staff and very willing to help. They went above and beyond to help us out and meet all of our needs. We will absolutely be back!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! My boyfriend and I went in looking for some new DVDs to get for our collection. When we went up to pay one of the male workers walked up to our cashier who was a younger female and scorned her for not keeping the last customers there longer. He explained that they had a warrant and he was trying to stale till the police got there. She let him know that she didn't know and she was sorry and he continued to stare at her then walked away. He stared long enough to make anyone uncomfortable. I told the girl I was sorry and he came up and started whispering to her while eyeing me from the corner of his eye. The manager there is incredibly rude also. I will never go here again. Choose a different pawn shop. This one is trash.

I had a terrible experience. First of all, They're extremely rude. They don't have any responsibilities with the stuff you returned. They never called so I had to go their store and ask them. they asked me to go different store to get the new one for 8 times. Which it takes 15mins to drive. One star isn't even worth this place.

Customer service is worse than EZ Pawn and that's saying a lot. I don't pawn I shop for deals. Went into this newer location and wasn't even greeted. My wife kept saying I wonder how much as she was looking through the jewelry section and all the employee did was stair at her from across the room. I was looking for DVD s and the prices are high enough to make me go to entertainmart.

Terrible place! I bought a three stone ring. In their light I could not see crushed diamond, about 1/4 carat. They don't bother to check things when they come on, either not take them or repair before they hit the floor. And no returns . They agreed to replace diamond and size. But I had to go to their South store. Don't know about you, but gas isn't cheap. They were also very rude. Thought they knew it all. Never ever stop there again! I told someone off at the South store and would do it again. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this business at all costs. I had the worst experience with them. They are very shady and unprofessional. Please be careful. It is the entire company as when I had an issue and requested to speak to a manager they did everything their power to prevent me to speaking to a manager. Very shady beware! There are other really great shops to help you in the Colorado Springs area. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this company.

Most expensive pawn shop I have ever been in. I was looking at tools and guns. A simple ruger 10/22 that you can buy from a chain store for $300 was $500. Range finders going for more then they are used.

Honor H. is an incredible employee and was very helpful! She helped me browse their selection of rings (which was pretty good i might add!) She was warm and friendly and made for a great experience. Other associates seemed friendly as well! Great environment, felt safe and not run down at all

Terrible business! I don't recommend . Bought two purses and when I got home they were disgusting with one tear in a seam and when I took them back the next day to return or for store credit they said they would only give half because the owner had to be there to accept anything else. As I stood there watching him scramble to the back. We're a military family who loves to shop for jewelry at a bargain and we won't be back (originally went for jewelry) got talked into buying purses Instead which I kept the two Luis Vuitton ones
