This Place Is For the Birds

The service is wonderful. I had been waiting for a certain item to come back in stock. They took my name down and not only did they call me when available, but they sent me a picture of my options. Also the prices on bird feed are fantastic.

I love this place! Sarah and Ron are soo friendly and always great us with a smileThey have a wide variety of birds food. R we get all of our peanuts, blue Jay mix, mixed nuts, and sunflower chips to feed our birds and squirrels.They also have a wide variety of outdoor birdhouses, feeders, decorations, flowers, and more!If you looking to spruce up your backyard and or feed your critters this is the place to do it! This is a locally owned business with wonderful owners and a great selection! I highly recommend this business!

Best place ever for your bird feeding supplies and garden decorations, plants, too!Locally-owned, Ron and Sarah are so friendly and helpful. Birds eat a lot of different things and you need to have the right food and right kind of feeder for your area, water, too. They will show you what you need to be successful! Then you can sit back and watch your feathered friends!

This place is funky in a good way. Lots of old tools displayed, interesting metal art and various other garden pieces.If you only go to one bird store this is the one. Prices and feed are very good, they have a great supply of bird devices like feeders and seem to know a lot about what birds are in the area.Every time I've checked their prices were better than Wild Birds Unlimited.We do buy two items elsewhere, Costco for unsalted peanuts are cheaper and cooked so I don't have random peanut plants popping up all over my yard and one of the other stores sells a millet that birds actually eat. We always avoided millet, it is a cheap filler and most birds don't eat it. But another bird place was giving away free large samples of their millet and suggested we at least try it. Surprise, Surprise! Birds actually eat that specific millet. Looks identical, et cetera to usual millet but must have cocaine or something in it. I would not suggest going out and looking for millet, however, and actually would suggest avoiding it, so many other seeds work so much better.They carry Christmas trees and bedding plants seasonally. Bedding plants are from top growers and due to small quantity carried they are fresh and well-selected.

This Place is as good as it gets! Even if birds are not really your things, the special and beautiful treasures so above the norm. It's as much a gift shop as it is a haven for those of us who are bird fanatics. The assistance of Sarah and Ron an every other person that works there is always above and beyond. I've been going there for years and will continue as long as there is this wonderful oasis to visit. It's just good for the soul.

I've been shopping at This Place Is For the Birds for over a decade and Ron and Sara are the best people on this earth. They go out of their way to help you and will bend over backwards to get you what you need. I love stopping by for a chat and love looking at all the treasures this place holds. You could spend hours there. I will never shop anywhere else they have my business forever. I am forever a loyal customer.

Really a cool place to find outdoor stuff like bird baths, statues, benches, and other things you'd find in a yard. Inside they have lots of different bird seed, wind chimes, bird feeders and other things. They are a bit pricey, but not enough to shop online. The place is in an old house on a large lot. So when you go, you're really in a neighborhood and not a commercial area. Parking on the street is available but it's a bit nerve racking because cars are zooming by. Best to park around back.
