Oh my gosh-- I posted the review I meant for you under the wrong business-- I have to see if I can fix this

Always great customer service. My wife bought a used computer from them and a few months later it had a charging issue and they fixed it at no charge.

This place is awesome they can and will help you with any of your computer needs. And the best of all their computers, their desktop and their laptops are very very reasonable. I think everybody should pay a visit to this place.

Employees were all easy to talk with to discuss options for fixing my personal computer. Enjoyed learning about tech options without corporate heavy sales pitch or egos involved. Enjoyed the experience so much we brought in 3 computers from work to get same solid state hard drive upgrades. Highly recommend this small business.

If I could rate with 0, I would. Took my computer in 2 weeks ago. Something was wrong with my power supply, went and purchased a new one but had to have someone connect chords. I gave them my computer, the old power supply and a box with the new power supply. 2 weeks go by and hear nothing from them. Called and they hadn't even bothered to diagnose it or look at it. Went to go pick it up and they have no idea where the box with the other power supply is. Kept pulling out other people's boxes, offering other people's parts and had NO CLUE where they put mine. Extremely disorganized, no clue what items belong to what customers and truly could care less about time and management. I was referred to this company by a friend saying they're "the best" but clearly they are not. Disappointed, in addition to loosing $100 parts to my computer, it was never looked at or fixed. Now I have to find another repair shop and pay to replace the parts they lost in addition to fixing what was already wrong. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Excellent service and know how. Great prices on refurb computers. got a great one for under $400. Highly recommend this shop.

I should have stopped by months ago. System was so incredibly slow. I got a cpu and got my disk drive formatted clean with a new ssd drive and this system rocks. Great service and turn around time was next business day. Reasonably priced for the service and know how, thanks so much!

These guys are very helpful & quick to respond! I am thankful my neighbor referred me to them!

I called after hours and left a messsge.They promptly called the next morning and gave me an estimate over the phone.
