As a group of six out of towners on a business trip to Colorado Springs, we had a reservation the Warehouse. Even though the dining area is large with a bar in the middle of the room, the area wasn't noisy and we were able to enjoy a good meal with quiet conversation. A table for six was set for us near the bar in the corner. We enjoy all the artwork on the walls. The menu was delicious and inspiring. As a group we enjoyed the hearts of palm cake and the baked brie as appetizers. I started off my meal with the wild boar and Pueblo chile stew which was fabulous. I shared with one of my colleagues, the pork porterhouse what a delicious plate. For dessert I had the poached pear with blue cheese which was served warm - yum!Throughout our meal, Ruby was fabulous, patient and ready with suggestions. The restaurant is a short walk from our hotel in the downtown area.

TLDR: We had a pleasant evening here, but felt the price did not match the value. Food was bland for this price point. I wish I could give 3.5 stars, which feels most accurate. We came here for a celebratory evening last fall. We started off with the calamari, which was a solid start to the meal. It was crispy and tender, and probably the best part of the meal. For entrees, we both ordered the elk strip loin, and it was just okay. The meat was cooked well, but with the accoutrements I didn't get the richness of bacon or the freshness of cilantro--instead the flavors were all somewhat muted. The ingredients all sound packed with flavor, and our server had raved about it, but the dish as a whole was a bit lacking. In retrospect, I wish we had each ordered something different so I could share if other dishes on the menu are better. We finished with dessert. As you can see from the photograph, the plating is beautiful here! But like the entree, the flavor didn't quite match up to what we expected. It was sweet and pleasant, but again, a little bland. The slice of orange was the best part of the plate (and I'm someone typically very easy to please with any sort of dessert). The service was excellent, and I enjoyed the ambiance. But for $200 for 2 (including drinks and tip), I hoped for more memorable and delicious food. I really do want to like this restaurant! I'm just nervous to try again when it's this pricy, and I have other local favorites that pack more flavor for a lower price tag.

What a great find! We were hosting a work dinner with spouses and happened to find this spot with excellent ratings. We arrived just in time for happy hour and the drinks didn't stop flowing all night. Our server was patient and helpful, providing us recommendations and specials. It seemed everyone in our party of six was happy with their meal and drink selections. We started with the baked brie (smaller than expected but good) and hush puppies--yum! I enjoyed the crab and sweet corn ravioli, while others had chicken and steak (I tried both and can attest they were great).Unbeknownst to us until we were leaving, a talk was going on on the first floor of the restaurant, and we got to hear a snippet of an astronaut describing her experience. Very cool! The dining room itself isn't anything spectacular, though sound proofing is good. Parking was a little tricky on a busy night, but thank goodness for the COS parking app and plenty of street parking nearby!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this restaurant before! It's on our regular rotation. The food is always inventive, the menu changes regularly and it's always great! We had the short rib and pork porterhouse tonight and they were great! Sit at the bar, Billy will take good care of you! Quite a nice happy hour offering. Service rocks! It's in a warehouse, so kind of industrial looking. Peruse the gallery and buy something to support local artists. A very hidden gem, don't miss it!

We joined Chef James Africano most recently for his filming of their episode of America's Best Restaurants. They were selected to be on the show! ( date to be announced )We dined on some delicious dishes and enjoyed a carafe of their delicious red sangria with delicious Gnocchi with Lobster and fries to start with. Followed by Grilled Bison ribeye and Grilled two-bone venison chop. Delicious!

This was our first visit and it was a pleasant one for sure! Very unique dishes which is what drove us to try the Warehouse! Hubby and I ordered the Saturday Old Fashioned special which was $6 vs the $12 any other day. Old fashioned hit the spot but was a little lighter color of bourbon than we were used to.We shared Elk Carpaccio, Potstickers, and Calamari for our appetizers. Elk Carpaccio came with buttered toast and tasted incredible! Lots of flavor and it was cut perfectly thin! The calamari also has Shishito peppers on top of an aioli dressing and was so light and refreshing! This calamari was not overly fried and tasted so much better than most calamari. Britney was our waitress and said they always keep the calamari on the menu while the rest of the menu changes seasonally. The potstickers were my least favorite only because it was drenched in soy sauce which killed the flavor for me. Way too salty with the soy sauce. We shared the entree, which was the Bison Ribeye. The kitchen was kind enough to split the meal into two plates for us which we greatly appreciated! The actual taste of the bison ribeye was just ok. It wasn't overly gamey but you can taste grassiness (if that's even a good way to describe it). It came with fried onions, mushrooms, potatoes, and a yummy creamed spinach. I wouldn't order this dish again solely on the awkward taste of the bison. We both prefer the taste of beef ribeye but we're glad we tried it! We were too full for dessert but I wished we tried the Crème Brûlée. Maybe next time. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is what you expect from a place called The Warehouse. We'll definitely be back again!

We frequent the Warehouse for any special occasion that comes our way! James, the chef, is so kind and welcoming. He remembers his guests and occasionally stops by for a quick hello and to check on the meal.Wait staff is excellent and on top of their game as well! I love the feeling of the art gallery integrated into the dining room. The art changes often, so it's always a refreshed pallet when we go. My favorite dishes are pictured below - the meats are always perfectly cooked and seasoned. The crime brûlée is the absolute best I've ever had. This may just be my favorite place!

We're always in for a great meal at The Warehouse. Though I can't eat the calamari, if you can, go for it! Light and crispy, the best in COS. And shashito peppers with it is a great touch. I had the taco appetiser which had lots of flavour and guacamole to go with it, also good. Vegan chocolate cheesecake was a treat I don't normally get to enjoy. My husband had the chilli - served hot and tasty. I want that the next time! A bonus - check the artwork out. It's a museum and a restaurant!

Back in December our family had a gathering for our mother's 95th birthday at the Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery. I organized the event, scheduling the wine room. My siblings and I also visited the restaurant a few days before the event to check it out. The staff was friendly and helpful during the booking process, and the service during the event was outstanding. And the food was great! I would highly recommend for a meal, especially for a family gathering!

The food was really good, the service could have been a little better due to it not being as full but I had a great time. I would def go back!
