The Sourdough Boulangerie

My fav new bakery. A huge variety of breads, which I haven't found any that I don't like. My preferred ones are extra sourdough, cinnamon apple cranberry walnut, Jewish rye, made from scratch cheese-its, focaccia and cherry vanilla scones. I plan on trying them all! Service is great and pleasant.

What a great first time experience! The bread, cookies and the salsa were phenomenal! Both staff members assisted me all the way! Its location is closer to me too! Now the bad. The premade pizza was terrible. The dough needs to be worked on. I'll just skip it next time. Will I be back? Hell yeah!!!

Great bread - really great bread in fact - but I'd avoid ordering pizza. At least when we went they were very understaffed and things moved very slow.

Honestly one of the best places in town. Bought 10 loaves last time we were there. Not sure what all they put in their bread but it is 10/10. Amazing service, great people, great product. Super dooper!!!!

The first time I went to the Sourdough Boulangerie, they had closed early. Very disappointed. I'm glad I went back. So many varieties of sourdough, extra sour sourdough and dinner rolls. One selection was sourdough bread with incorporated Pueblo chilies! This place is expanding to the west, and is a very busy operation. Not too busy to provide excellent service, tho. I was greeted by the owner's 4 year old granddaughter, who was the sweetest little nugget ever. Their prices were very good, and the product wonderful! As a side note the Chuckwagon BBQ has finally moved in next door. Their food truck was great before the brick and mortar place. Next time, I'm getting brisket and using a sourdough dinner roll to make a sandwich.

Grabbed their namesake today for a BLT. Beautiful sourdough loaf... perfectly sliced and sized to hold up to the delicious drippy mayo tomato bacon romaine additions. Great service in store! Grabbed a lemon bar on my way out - What a perfectly tart and sweet combination. Fresh zest, crumb diddly umptious crust. Will definitely return!

Popped out to the Ahavah Farms farmers market for the first time and this was the first booth I saw. We talked about what they had there and I found myself intrigued by the extra sour sourdough. I looped around, peeking at the other booths but found myself back to the bread. At $12 a loaf, "gulp", I won't buy it often but it was a darn good loaf of bread! Probably the best sourdough I've had to date. The people working the booth were knowledgeable about their product and very pleasant.

If you love sourdough bread, this is an obvious choice for amazing baked creations. My personal favorite is the extra sour dough bread!

BEST sourdough bread in the Springs! They even make pizza at a flat rate so you can add any toppings you want!

Perfect place to get sourdough... bread, cinnamon rolls, etc. i can't wait to go back and try the pizza!
