Brought my boards and my wife's Ski's for a tuneup, One of the boards came back with a dramatic core damage that wasn't there before - they took 0 responsibility saying it was there from before but yet the guy who checked the boards in didn't see it - it's very obvious and no ski shop Employe would never miss something like thisLast time I am using them sadly - we love to support small family bussines, but only if they do a good job

Nice to give business to a localshop.We went in here looking for used ski boots for my growing 14 year old. We ended up with rental boots for the season. You can exchange them throughout the season, if they are outgrown. Which I thought was great. The staff was friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. Their pricing isn't the best on the skis that I looked at, but not crazy.I was comparing the pricing on the skis I just bought at REI. Overall, a good size shop with a good selection and great staff.

Total experts, great spot for boot fitting, tunes,/service and gear. Everyone on staff is super knowledgeable.

The best ski store in Colorado--knowledgeable, professional, family-oriented staff led by two terrific brothers, Scott & Rick, carrying on their Dad's vision. Over the past 25 years, I have had nothing but phrases for this locally family-owned business. Their annual demo day is always a hit.I look forward to attending this event. I've been going to this place for years!! One of my screws fell out of the board and I noticed it on my first day up... came back down to ask if they could assist me with it and they were extremely helpful and got my board fixed right away. I love this place!! Thank you for all the help!!

2 stars because the employees that did help me, were kind and personable. I did not enjoy my rental experience. It took a while before I was acknowledged and another customer was taken In front of me, my boots didn't fit right (realized there was something g wrong about 30 minutes Into the ski day), and although it was emphasized that I would need my receipt to return the rentals, I did not know that my card would have to be there in person. My thought is, if you require a deposit and want to keep track of customers rentals, you should also have a POS system that can hold this type of information... my husband returned my rentals due to the limited store hours (return from 10am to 1 pm while most people are working) and did not have my card and was late to work because of how long the return process took. I guess I see why the rentals are considerably cheaper than other places in town.

I've been going here since I was a kid. Just moved back to the area and paid them a visit. Was looking for new gear. After a terrible fitting experience late last year at a big box store it left me feeling deflated like I'd never find a boot that fits me. I went to The Ski Shop for a proper fitting and it changed everything! Their whole team was AMAZING! The gentleman helping me spent over an hour with me, measuring my foot, asking me questions, sitting with me while I stood in some options to see if there was any pinching or pressure. I walked out of there practically skipping, so excited to get back on the mountain. Went up that weekend and not once thought about my feet I was so comfortable. Thank you Ski Shop Team!!!

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Austin! He was fantastic to work with! He helped me with all of my questions and concerns, and helped me get set up with what I needed! You guys have an amazing tech there! Who truly cares about everyone that comes in! That is extremely hard to find nowadays! Keep up the great guest service my friend!
