The Restaurant

Just had dinner at The Restaurant in Cañon City. We ordered the Friday Special Fish and Chips. I must say that I was not disappointed with my meal. I started out with the Iceburg Wedge. There is chopped bacon, blue cheese crumbles and tomato. I enjoyed my salad as the lettuce was crisp and fresh. After the salad the main course of deep fried goodness arrived promptly and I dug right in. I can not say anything negative about this . Someone said " it was to greasy, well it's Fish and Chips what do you expect. As a side there was coleslaw, which was fair but, then I'm not much on coleslaw anyway. The Restaurant is not fancy. It's in a Hotel and that's not fancy either but I would recommend there Fish and Chips on a Friday night for $10.00.

This is a bar. The food is ok but they charge 5 star prices. They don't know there menu and lie about there price's. If your at hotel. Use delivery!!!!!!!

Ate here for a week. It's inside a hotel, which is convenient if you are staying in that hotel. Everything I had was good. One night it was bad, like raw pork and hour late bad, but they have us the beers for free and the next night the chef apologized. The people who work here care and it's a-ok

The baked cod with hollandaise was very tasty. Fish and chips was a teeny bit greasy but not a game changer.
