The Original Dr Taco

Dr Taco food truck is at Black Forest brewery off Woodmen tonight, 1/23/25Our first experience and it is so good! I had the fish tacos which was cooked perfectly and so flavorful with the special sauces. My husband got the beer battered chicken tacos. They looked amazing. Everything is fresh made with great looking sides: fresh salsa, cole slaw, and cucumber salad. One at our table got the quesadilla. Oh if I could only eat it! The cheese leaks out in cooking and it grills. Yum!

Food is delicious, get the fish tacos. Service is top notch. Having a fresh salsa bar is really good. The truck is very clean. I'll definitely eat here again.

Oh.. my...goodness! Went to Red Leg and had the most amazing experience! Dr. Taco was amazing! We have been so many places in Mexico, Arizona,New Mexico, South America, you name it! The food is so different in every area. You want authentic Mexican food... huh.. which area? This really spoke to us of Mazatlan with the seafood selections. A really amazing experience. Red Leg is such a delight! So happy to have them just down the road through the "Garden " We hope they keep Dr. Taco, as this was the highlight of the first visit! Gotta get your own condiments! Be a smart truck foodie! Though I would have loved the food without sauces! Going back again. Us oldsters can still party! LoL!

The food was greasy. The fish sandwich was 7 fish nuggets on a bun. The nuggets were mostly breading. The chicken burriochias looked like the fish.

I had high hopes when looking at the prices, and after receiving the fattest burrito in history I was super excited, but to my surprise more than half the burrito was lettuce, the other half rice, with sprinkles of carne asada. I wont go back again, but the flavor was at least pleasant.

The best carne asada burrito I have ever eaten. I will be following their truck everywhere.
