Met up with some familia for my niece's graduation party and she chose The Old Spaghetti Factory. Loved the original one many decades ago out in the PNW, and can see why she chose this place, as well. A large group of us (about 15) had a reserved table in the back of the restaurant, and it seated us all comfortably. I ordered the Classic Baked Lasagna with a side of Meatballs. The bread was being passed around with refills, and dang it was spot on! Just how I remembered the lasagna. Robust with zest and flavor, and did not disappoint. I absolutely recommend this if you're uncertain of the menu- the classic never fails. Not to mention very filling. Also came with a side salad and I ordered a Mule to help wash everything down. After the meal was done and stuffed to the brim (that bread tho), I still managed to find room for a small bowl of Spumoni Ice Cream. Haven't had that in decades. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the food was great, a little on the pricy side, but with the special occasion, it was worth seeing family and celebrating my niece's accomplishment!

I've been here twice and the service is terrible. Although we were seated right away, it was a long wait to order food and receive our food. And our server rarely checked on us to give us drink refills. I will say, the restaurant is beautiful on the inside. Very spacious and lots of seating for large groups. I ordered the cheese bread and the spinach & artichoke dip. The spinach & artichoke dip was one of the best I've ever had. The grilled flat bread that came with it paired very well with the dip. The White Clam Sauce Spaghetti was good, nothing to write home about. It was nice and saucy, but could've used more seasoning/flavor. We also ordered the Meat Lover's Treat which also was a bit bland. The meatball came unsauced and had a weird flavor. The Italian sausage had good flavor and even had a little kick to it, but the spaghetti sauce tasted watered down and unseasoned. Prices also seem steep for the quality and portion you get. I think they get away with upcharging you because they offer the '3 course meal' deal.Overall, our experience was disappointing. I was really looking forward to coming here because I've loved my experience at other Spaghetti Factory locations. Not sure if this one is worth returning to.

I love the environment of this place- it is pretty and comfortable and I like being there! They have an excellent rewards program on their app, including a free meal on/around your birthday! I love that they have a full meal where you get their yummy warm bread and butter, a salad or minestrone soup, a main dish, and spumoni or vanilla ice cream. I've been here several times, recently with a friend who was so excited about the meal where you can try multiple sauces! I usually get meat sauce or marinara but this time I got the chicken piccata which was delicious and tender. They have fun drink options, and very very good service. My sister worked at OSF in California years ago which has given me a fondness for it, even though it's a chain. I encourage you to give it a try.

My family of four had dinner last night to celebrate my birthday. My grandson and I had the salad with the pesto dressing which we have had many times. Last night, we both agreed that it tasted differently, not what we had in the past. When we got home, we both had diarrhea. Then my grandson's stomach started hurting and he was throwing up ALL NIGHT!, he said he could taste the dressing in his mouth. We were afraid that he would become dehydrated. We contemplated taking him to the ED. I called at 12:45 pm today, person who answered said she was the manager, I did not get her name. I told her what happened and all she say was that she took some home last night and she did not get sick. She did not get any more complaints (I did not consider my call a complaint) and apologized that my grandson got sick. She will talk to the chef. She didn't even sound empathetic and ask if he's ok this morning. She didn't ask if there was anything she can do. With this experience, I don't we'll be going to that restaurant anymore.

Went here after not having gone since my early 20's. It was as nice inside as I remember. The service was really good, all the staff was really nice, but I found the restaurant itself lacking. The apps weren't interesting enough to order even one. The menu itself lacked something... I can't say what but it's like it wasn't appealing. We ordered the chicken Marsala & shrimp Alfredo. They were good. But nothing I would crave or need to go back for & that is sad to me because I used to love this place, I remembered the food differently. Good - but not come back good.

What a treat after a long day of driving. When the locals recommend a place it is worth a try. Salad=fresh, cold and great dressing, Bread= it was different than what we were used to but it was good , Spaghetti and Meatsaice=If a restaurant can make a good meatsauce then that usually means that everything else is good. The decor was so pretty and interesting. the trolley car was a surprise. It was short staffed when we went but they worked hard to serve us. Easy to find and park.

The service was very slow here, but on the upside, she was friendly. The food was on par with other Old Spaghetti Factory locations except the fettucine alfredo. There was almost no alfredo on it which was the main reason my wife insisted on bringing our group here. The chicken parmesan was solid and the bread was good.We may try it again, but since we come from Denver there are other restaurants in the Springs we would probably choose first, which is a bummer.

Set a reservation at this restaurant and when we arrived 5 minutes early we were told that our table would be ready In 20-40 minutes. Why are you even taking reservations at that point?
