I ordered a custom cake for my son's first birthday. It came with a complimentary smash cake. He liked it very much. (We liked our cake too)

This place really isn't a day-to-day bakery that you can stop in and grab a few sweet treats. It's very much more of a special occasion, bakery for your wedding anniversary or other special occasion. I went to grab some cupcakes for a birthday, and they had nothing out or iced or anything that they list as options for walking products. The cupcakes we did get or forgettable as a tasted like two week, old grocery store, bakery.If anything while we were there, it really felt like they didn't understand why I was there. Moreover they actually offer delivery daily on GrubHub and the things that I saw on the Grubhub menu that day we're not in stock and we're not going to be in stock. Service was ice cold and so were the cupcakes. For a lovely in store experience check out cakeheads down the street you won't be disappointed.

We are very pleased with the cake and service. It was a last minute order, but they were able to make a great cake.

I did not order a cake, and they are only a place that makes them to order, but I did end up getting 4 cupcakes for $22.32 ($5.50 each). I apparently should have asked how much they were before buying them, but yikes! for the smaller than normal sized cupcakes, it seemed a bit excessive. I was hoping the price would be justified by the product. To my dismay, they were a bit dry and not all that great. Good thing it was for my birthday and not some else's!So definitely would not recommend them for their cupcakes, but it appears they make some pretty exquisite cakes. Their website says to allow 2 weeks to order one. So it is a place for cake ordering but certainly is not your standard bakery that you can go to and grab a treat.

Tried their cake at a birthday party for my daughter's friend and it was spectacular! They also had a vanilla with strawberry filling and it was devine.

The cake tasted fine but they charged me an EXTRA $125 for the custom frosting job that looked like it was done by a 1st grader.

I COULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM MORE! I called at least 10 bakeries nearby asking for a "burn cake" with no success. When I reached out to the Makery they explained that they have never tried to make one, but still didn't hesitate to make my dream come true! Staying in touch, always making sure my vision was perfect! I was nervous at first but when I walked into the bakery and saw all the beautiful display creations on the shelf I knew they were going to do great ! It was ready in time and turned out even better than my reference photos! They are very detail oriented and the taste was amazing! I got the marble cake and even after a couple days in the fridge it was still moist and rich in flavor! If you have a sweet tooth and creative ideas, I highly recommend them!

We loved our cake so much! One of the fiancés is incredibly allergic to tree nuts and finding a nut free bakery is very difficult let alone a delicious one. Everyone loved the cake, and the fact that everyone could enjoy it was amazing. We had the pumpkin spice flavor with cream cheese frosting! The decor was gorgeous on the cake too :)

Birthday cake beyond my wildest dreamiest cake.I had an appointment from a referral from a catering company and when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised seeing some of their amazing cakes (that I thought was not real) then greeted by the lovely staff and creating the cakes from a vision I had to perfection. The cake (3 tier) each flavor cake was tasty and fresh, the order was as easy as could be and the delivery was perfect. I would absolutely order cakes for upcoming events. Appointment 5, contacting customers 5, week of event for confirmation on cake with delivery 5. All the guests enjoyed the cake 5. Lisa M.

Service was great, online order form is confusing and bad. The cake I got had a raspberry buttercream that only had a hint of raspberry flavor and while the texture was good, it was just so bland for being charged extra as flavored.The cake was weird with dense sponge (chocolate) and dull flavor. We actually did a game with the party around guessing the flavors and not a single person got chocolate and raspberry. Finally, the guest of honor wanted banana so we got banana cream. I had expected something akin to a banana cream pie or at least something made with bananas. This was a standard Chantilly with what tasted like banana flavoring. Maybe we were all wrong, but most guests said it reminded them of banana candies more than fruit. I would give the cake we got 2 stars, I would give the web form 1 star, but the service was really good and we DID order off-trend flavors and didnt really care about the decorations. Maybe that made a big difference, or maybe they just shouldn't have these options available if they aren't doing them well. For the price we paid, we were very disappointed with the flavors and overly dense cake texture.The service was the only thing that felt premium here on this experience.
