Had an I-pad with a cracked screen , soI brought it here . Nice independent, local business.They pointed out the impact had also bent the frame a smidge . They said resetting the glass might not "work " because of this. Since they said they would only charge me a minimal fee for "trying" , I decided to give it a go . They must have somehow "unbent" the frame, because when I got my I-pad back,it looked brand new ! A year later, everything is still great. The cost was less than Best Buy's estimates. The staff was really polite & professional. The location is easy to find . Got my repair done quickly.Cant ask for better than that!

I love these people in this store. They are always so helpful and responsive. I have purchased three computers from them and it is the only place I trust with any upgrades or servicing. This morning I came in because my Mac laptop suddenly stopped charging. I was worried I might have to either replace the battery or purchase a new machine. I had done all the self diagnostics I could do, googled what the problem could be, and done everything at home I could do. Max was fast, efficient, and he fixed the problem that I had struggled with for six hours, in about 15 minutes. Amazing skill and patience! I am so grateful!

I brought my daughters iPhone in to have the screen replaced on it. when I got there Matt insisted that I give him the passcode. I didn't have my daughters passcode and I told him he didn't need the passcode to replace the screen. then he thought I was rude and they refused to fix my daughters iPhone I will never go there again.

Take your phone directly to Apple, do not go here! I started my adventure at the north location with a perfectly functioning phone that had a cracked screen. After a few hours of repair, I left the shop with what I thought was a working phone. Fast forward 10 days and I couldn't take it anymore. Ghost touches, dead spots, and unresponsive proximity sensor were a few of the issues i was having. I took the phone back to the South location to get it repaired under warranty. Two hours later, the tech came from the back asking if he could erase my phone, I agreed considering there were no other options as the phone was not responding to anything. Thirty minutes later the tech returns to deliver the news that my phone no longer has a working home button, and that they cannot get an operating software to load. His solution was to reinstall a broken screen and have me take it to Apple for repairs! I left with a broken phone, with no backup, and a cracked screen with the only solution being a trip to the Apple Store. I was told by a Mac Corner associate that they use third party repair parts and that the parts have a high percentage of failures from the factory. I was also told that I would receive a call from the owner to make things right... two weeks later and haven't heard a word...I would highly recommend going straight to Apple for a few extra dollars to save yourself a headache from The Mac Corner...

My negative review comes from service I received in May 2019 but only now am I aware of how bad it really was based upon the newly discovered damage to my phone. I brought my iPhone SE to this store in May 2019 to get a new battery, based upon a high recommendation from a friend. There was only 1 person in the store that day, because the other guy was sick, and I should have taken the phone elsewhere but didn't. In the end, the guy was interrupted several times by people coming into the store while he was trying to put in my new battery. The phone seemed to work fine. However, the first time I used the headphones, they didn't work. I don't use them very often, so I thought the headphones had gone bad. Then every 2 months or so, I would be working on the phone, and the battery charge would drop instantly from 90% to 1%, and the phone would turn itself off and restart. Hmm. Then the vibrate mode of the phone would stop working intermittently. Fast forward to last weekend, when the phone would stay on for only 2-3 minutes at a time, shut itself off, and restart. I brought the phone back to this store, but (conveniently) they no longer work on SE models. They referred me to another store nearby. Instead, I looked for a different repair store. I found one in Citadel Mall (J's Electronic Repair, SUPERB service) that was able to get me in right away. In the process of replacing the battery (which was a really poor quality and should never have been put into my phone by Mac Corner) which didn't last even 8 months, J discovered that (1) the bracket holding the battery inside the phone was missing, (2) the bracket holding the charging flex cable was missing, (3) the screws on the outside of the phone holding the charging port in place were missing, (4) the top bracket that holds the cables for the screen/power button/speaker was missing, and (5) the vibrate engine was skewed and was not in the correct position. This is NOT acceptable. I don't know if the same technician is still working at Mac Corner, but I wanted to warn people out there about my experience. Luckily J (who is a college educated engineer) was able to put my phone back together, and everything is working fine now, but for $100 that I wouldn't have paid if Mac Corner had done the job correctly the first time.

I had a problem with my Mac-mini that I could not figure out so I went to the store and within five minutes my problem was resolved with a visual as well as a verbal explanation. When I got home and applied what I was told to do, everything worked like a charm.
