My daughter loves the Little Gym. She's currently 28 months and she's been going since she was 17 months. She started in the Birds class (10-19 months), and has been doing the Beasts/Super Beasts class (19 - 35 months). She loves her coach, Ms. Jennifer, and all the other staff. Ms. Jennifer is so enthusiastic and great with kids. I love her energy! They also hold different events throughout the year too (free for members). We've met and have taken pictures with Santa and the Easter bunny! The overall class structure is great. My toddler is very active and the Little Gym is a great way to safely burn energy and socialize with other little ones and grown ups. She's progressed so much in the past year. She can do somersaults, donkey kicks, swing on the bars, walk on the balance beam and jump off foam blocks. The classes are structured so the kids start to memorize what is going to happen in each class. But not to worry, the teachers do allow the kids to run around the gym if they don't want to do the activity.Honestly, the Little Gym is such a great way to introduce a sport to toddlers. It's also a great way for younger kids to learn structure, intro skills for gymnastics, and just socialize with other kids.

Not every place is going to be there right match for your child. The Little Gym was just not the right fit for my kiddo or me. We now attend a gymnastics place that actually took the time to get to know my child before assuming he knew what he was doing - and if he didn't know how to do something, showing him how to do it or helping in learning how to do it. This place did not. They didn't bother to talk to me after the class or reach out. The facility is small and the staff greets you.

Today was my daughter's first class and it was everything I could have ever asked for. Miss Valerie was her instructor and she made the experience even better. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

My son started going here when he was 2. We really enjoy it! He started in the regular class, then moved to the Sporty class to focus more on sports skills. I like that they are structured but not overly structured. They let the kids explore and go at their own pace. It's helped my toddler socialize more and learn to follow directions by someone other than me. I think it's a nice first step towards pre-school/kindergarten.

We love The Little Gym! We have experienced both classes and camps and we love them both for different reasons. The classes provide developmentally appropriate curriculum and instruction with age appropriate expectations. My 2.5 year old really thrives in his class. Structured instruction is available when he's mentally available to accept it, but he is also allowed the freedom to explore and do his own thing when he needs to. I thoroughly enjoy being in class with him to assist and watch as he grows and learns. Camps are also a great option offered by The Little Gym. During this drop-off service, my almost 5 year old is able to develop and gain independence without me being there. She has met so many new friends and has really connected with her teachers. One of our favorite teachers is Miss Kia, who is energetic, fun, and really engages her students. It's evident that she truly cares for her students. We love how she connects with her students and their parents. She also emphasizes safety, which is a top priority at The Little Gym. It is obvious that the owner, Miss Val, prioritizes safety (both gymnastics safety and Covid safety) for her students and her team. She works tirelessly to maintain member and employee satisfaction. A happy team makes happy members. We highly recommend The Little Gym!

I am surprised the little gym has so many good reviews. I personally was not that impressed. Maybe it depends on the age group but the into class for a 2 year old was not that impressive. I thought it would have been more about actual gymnastic type moves vs. color learning and not much movement. I will be trying other places for my daughter. I also felt that the teacher did not really like her job or enjoy the kids. I would not recommend the little gym for very young children. Maybe my daughter would do better a little older class but I'm sure that is not offered.

I walked in and everyone looked at me crazy for being there with my 4 month old. I had a class starting at 12:05 and no one helped me. I will not be coming back again. Perhaps it was my brown skin tone that bothered everyone being that my child and I were the only African Americans in there. Dear people of color don't attend.

We loved the first class but should have given more thought to one of the women working there. Hailey, terrible with children, made a little girl cry for running around when they were supposed to be sitting. The actual woman instructing class was great but each time Hailey came in to "help" kids were upset and some being walked out. During our second class I knew as soon as she entered to "help" things we're going to be stressful. Did not take long for things to escalate. One kid after another she grabbed and tried to correct. Mind you these are three year olds that were having fun until she decided to come in and be hateful. Over heard her tell another parent their child hit someone but we'd watched her closely the whole time the only thing the child did was fail to listen to barks. He was also about 3 years of age. Her bullying style is not appropriate around little children. She looks like she hates kids and the moment they fall lil to immediately respond to her command there is an issue. Three times we also observed her grab toys that are out of reach, linger with them do children noticed and when they approached she walked out with them. Totally sadistic and unnecessary behavior. She brought our three year old and walked him to a corner out of our sight and tried blocking him. My husband walked over and asked her what the issue was snd she claimed he was having trouble keeping his hands to himself. Funny because my husband and I were watching the entire time the only person he touched was her when he was blocking, pulling away from her and pushing her away as she inappropriately attempted to pick him up and contain him. From what we observed it's because he was running back and forth instead of perfectly standing still. We really loved the other people here and our son enjoyed his last class but unfortunately Hailey ruined the experience. She should NOT be allowed near children, she clearly has no training and no experience with littles. They are 3 years old, they are there for fun not to feel like trapped by some weird woman that can't handle hyper children. My recommendation is to watch Hailey if she goes into the class to "help." Her demeanor says it all and there's something seriously wrong with a grown adult bullying little children.

This place is great for babies, but my four year old was unimpressed with her age group's class. They did a lot of categorizing and following each other around, and the actual gymnastics part of the class was following each other over obstacles, not learning actual gymnastics. But my biggest complain is that when you cancel, they make you pay for another 30 days.

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Tia, Taylor, and Angela during my daughter's 5th birthday party. The girls had an absolute blast at The Little Gym -- playing games, running, and trying the gymnastic equipment with the teachers. Then cake was a breeze with set up and clean up from the crew. It seemed to me like a perfect party (age range was 4-6). I opted not to open gifts there and had a small craft activity instead--which was the perfect timing for a 1.5hr party. If opening gifts, may depend on size of party and may need an extra 30 minutes. In addition to the girls having a great time, not having to worry about weather variables or clean-up made it the best option and I would highly recommend!
