**Yelp Review for The Lariat**I recently dined at The Lariat, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the ambience was inviting and vibrant, setting the perfect mood for a great evening. The service was outstanding--attentive without being intrusive, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu. Speaking of the menu, the food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor.To top it off, we were lucky enough to enjoy some live music during our visit, which added to the already fantastic atmosphere. It truly felt like a special night out. If you're looking for a place with great service, tasty food, and a lively vibe, The Lariat is a must-visit! Can't wait to go back!

Great atmosphere, awesome staff, killer food/drink. Spent a few nights listening to the amazing TAYLOR SCOTT BAND! He and the guys are fantastic! BRING THEM BACK!!!

Came in here twice while on vacay. The bar is nice, the servers are friendly and the burgers are darn good. Here what I had:Specialty burger- It was a chefs special so it was one of their standard burgers but with different cheeses. The meat was seasoned perfect and it went down well with a Coors Light. We came back a second night as they had live music. This is an awesome mountain and I highly recommend!

Delicious! The burger and chicken sandwich were awesome. The staff is very friendly and attentive and I love the local bands that play!

Cozy, spacious and happy hour deals! Post skiing with friends this was perfect. Several beers on tap. No problem getting a table for 8 of us walking in.

The food was good. Fish and chips with catfish seemed odd, but tasted great. LOUD! LOUD! LOUD! Could not have a conversation with my wife across the table.

Our visit was on 6/8/24. It was our first time visiting. The food was ...delicious. Normally, you'd pay a lot for a crappy BLT, but this BLT was soooo worth it. Omg! What can I say about the Rope! Burger...mmmmmmm. That Bacon!! Ok, enough about the food. Let me tell you about the staff. Taylor, our waitress was friendly, on top of her game, and really made us want to come back. Chef Alex was wonderful. He came out to greet us and really ... I mean, the guy can cook. Happy birthday, Alex!! We're driving back up in July and coming back to share our son's birthday with this crew! See you soon!

Another one of the rare successes food-wise in BV! The food is scrumptious and comes out in a timely manner. The service is good but, because the restaurant is so loud (live music, other patrons, etc.), it's hard to communicate what you want. They have indoor and outdoor seating options, which is convenient. There are dart boards, pool tables, and a sizable bar. If you're a live music fan, this is your place. If not, ordering ahead and eating at home might be the move. Waitstaff is always friendly and eager to help. What deducts one star from my rating is the noise level and the stuffiness. When it's busy, it's nearly impossible to hear across the table, and you're stuck listening to the conversations of nearby tables.

5/5 stars for the wine slush alone, its so good! My group of 4 ate here on a Friday evening and it was not crowded at all. Everyone enjoyed their food and we considered going back the next day but decided to explore other places instead.

Trifecta!...Food, Service, & Ambiance! This is a gem of a place. The building, long bar, brick walls and our high top table with chairs that made us think of an old schoolroom. The hostess was a delight who relayed our compliments to the chef. Chef Alex came out personal to engage with us. His Rope Salad with cornbread croutons is genius!! Give it a try if you enjoy a little spice and a touch of sweetness in your life. Of course, I added fried chicken on top. He apparently picked up on talk that it was my birthday trip and returned with a moist rich double chocolate slice of goodness with a birthday candle and a group of singers. Love the staff, very personable. Stop by the Lariat in BV!
