The Hangar at Stanley

Nice event venue with plenty of space for lots of people. Also very close to a bathroom which is nice. There is also a good outdoor space as well.

Such a great place. There are so many businesses and fun places to shop and eat. It's right on the heart of a large neighborhood and has so much to offer. Tons of room yo sit and enjoy some great food. Good place for a meet-up, family or a fun date night. Love the concept of having so many things to choose from. Can't wait to find back!!

A super fun space that hosts tons of cool events throughout the year!I have attended two events at The Hangar, both which were vastly different and perfectly executed within the space. Granted, it's not the biggest place in terms of comparing it to a museum, but it gets the job done.If you haven't stopped by The Stanley Marketplace, I would definitely give it a go! You can grab a bite to eat and maybe even attend an event that's happening at The Hangar.

After returning for a few DCPA events hosted here, and in light of management's response, I need to upgrade my original review. Every business has some early growth pains and lessons. This is overall a solid space that has hosted some very well done events.

Nice location for large group event. Super hot and acoustics ámate pretty bad. Shops round venue seem cute tho closed early.

Absolutely love coming here! Great restaurants, shops, etc. I always end up buying a book at Tattered Cover kids and Italian meats and cheeses at Mondo Market!!

Wow, what a cool event space! I haven't organized any events here so I can't speak to that aspect of the massive industrial space, but the Florida Orange Juice yoga and breakfast event I went to on May 4th, 2018 was very well organized and showed off the space beautifully. The twinkly lights draped across the high ceilings added warmth to the very bare space and created a really beautiful atmosphere. The room was massive and would be great for a large corporate party, huge exercise class, art show, really anything! On a nice day, you can open up the large garage doors to add additional outdoors space to your event. I hadn't realized there were so many events that took place here, but a woman on the mat next to mine in the yoga class said she worked at the Marketplace and said their calendar was always full. This was my first time visiting Stanley Marketplace as well. I was surprised that at 6:30am on a Friday (the yoga class started at 7am), there were a few places open (mostly coffee shops and breakfast places, I would assume). I didn't get a chance to peruse the vendors as none of the shops were open yet, but they looked so cool. It seems like the perfect place to wander around for an afternoon.Bonus: you can take your dog!

Love this space!I got to check out The Hangar at Stanley as part of Yelp's: Oh Hey Summer event and I was def impressed. ++ It's large and can hold a BIG crowd.++ There's large doors leading out to a patio type space.++ There are little bulb lights strung up all aroud that help set a more intimate atmosphere.++ It can really be adapted to any type of event you are trying to accomodate.The only couple drawbacks I saw: -- Parking at the Stanley Marketplace is limited, but there IS parking in the surrounding neighborhood.-- There doesn't appear to be a bathroom located in The Hangar its self. If I ever had the need for a large event space I would totally keep The Hangar at Stanley in mind.

Loved this place! I went for free yoga on a Friday night. Kindness Yoga is opening a new studio at this location, so they sponsored the event. TONS of people. There are so many different options in so many ways... lots of restaurants, dessert places (ice cream), stores, workout studios, etc. And it's all in a really cool space. I would recommend stopping by to browse all it has to offer.There's a large parking lot, so you don't have to search for street parking. It seems like they have some cool events here too - definitely check it out!

This place is great, Kirsten takes very good care of you never wanted for a beer. Good food lots to do great happy hour, gotta love it
