Fast and friendly service combined with good food, relaxing patio space and beautiful views make this a great spot for some food and drink even if your not golfing. Great location - Stop by and give it a try.

My wife and I walk to this at night. Great people work behind the bar and are wonderful to talk to. Their nachos are out of this world. I love me some nachos...and I would leave my wife for these.I don't golf, just come here to drink enjoy the amazing view, and hang out with my wife.

I have been wanting to play this golf course since DU took over the ownership, and finally got a chance as a single on a Friday morning. First, I would say the course is really a challenging course, and a large part of that is due to the greens. It seems cliche to say that greens at a course are fast, yet, here it really rings true, so much so that you need to keep that in mind when you hit an approach shot. They are very true though, and once I got the speed, I putted really well. The course layout is also really nice, and very fair, with a good amount of landing room on most holes. The other pluses of the course were: Great beverage cart service. Well kept course overallFriendly staff The two complaints I have: The eighth hole from the blue/black tees is probably the worst hole I've ever played. It's a short par 4 that turns hard to the right, and the problem is that it is a completely blind tee shot over a native grass area. The only thing you can see is the top of the 150 yard marker. This would be fine if the hole was pretty open, but it's not. It's probably the smallest landing area on the course, especially considering the hard turn to the right. It's really easy to hit through the fairway and end up in a bad situation. The staff in the pro shop insist that the course is walkable, and that is just silly. There is so much distance in between holes that I ended up hopping on the back of the cart for the guys I was playing with about 8 or 9 times. I'm not saying that the walk is not possible. It is, but not if you have any hopes of maintaining pace of play. Hit 'em straight, or maybe with a slight draw.

Did not actually eat here. Played a round of golf with friends. Fun place to play even for a hack like me!

The golf course is in great shape and has a pleasant routing. The holes thru Marcy gulch are very cool.Greens are true and fast- with difficult breaks to read- first class greens. There is a lot of distance between some holes as the routing crosses many neighborhood streets, so if you plan on walking, be ready. We played on Sunday morning and finished in 4 hours 10 minutes even if waiting on numerous shots for the group in front of us, the pace of play for a peak summer weekend was very good.Very enjoyable.
