The Fiesta Grill

I ordered a large al pastor burrito and I got a large 95% rice burrito. Not even joking. It's basically rice with a smattering of meat. really disappointed. We won't be back. Pedí un burrito grande de al pastor y lo que me dieron fué un burrito de 95% arroz. Fué casi todo arroz con unos pedacitos de carne. No volveremos.

Amazing food truck located off E Pikes Peak Ave right before the 7-eleven. Quality food and ingredients with friendly staff and fast service. I got carnitas fries with everyone loaded up on them, and they were super accommodating about letting me sub the carnitas instead of getting the steak. Came out quick and survived the 20 minute drive home, tasting just as amazing as if they would've been ate then and there. Their fries themselves are amazing and seasoned perfectly. And whatever sauce they add to the entire dish is perfect! A must try your next food truck day!

The best! Food is ALWAYS FRESH..., the Owner and his employees are friendly and courteous. I eat here at least once a week.

Need a quick and easy dinner? Check out the fiesta grill! Had been craving street tacos and couldn't pass up such a great deal. Called ahead and picked up my order immediately. The friendliest food truck I have encountered yet with very tasty tacos. Also surprisingly loved their fresh chips. I could eat them alone without any salsa or dip.

Friendly, we didn't wait too long, some of the best loaded fries we've have yet! We'll definitely be hunting this food truck down when the craving hits. Was delicious and filled up the two of us.

The Taco Box is seriously one of the best values in all of Colorado Springs. Ten tacos (chicken and carne asada), grilled jalapeno's and onions, chips, and sliced radishes all served in a pizza sized box, plus the creamiest beans, rice, red and green taco sauce and a large Jarritos soft drink is more than two adults can eat. We called in a phone order and it was ready when we were. The customer service was better than expected -- as was the meal.I wasn't a fan of Meal Trucks before (pricey, grouchy, questionably clean), but Fiesta Grill has changed my opinion.

A big taco box for $25. About 10 tacos, rice and beans, large Jarrito, charred jalapenos and onions and toppings. Needless to say, the COVID closures have had us try various foods. This was a hit- filling, flavorful, and friendly. If you want to support your small and local businesses and you're craving some tacos, get some fresh ones here!

Review is for the carne asada tacosI recently moved here from California and I tried a few places but these tacos are the closest to tasting like home. I tried the carne asada nachos but their nacho cheese sauce was sweet so I just stick to the tacos here. Great portions and meat is seasoned!

I live in Texas and randomly found this place while in town. I have eaten street style Mexican food all over my state including the little border towns in Mexico. Also in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. This put all of the above to shame!! Really incredible food and a complete happy surprise to find this in Colorado Springs. I'll be back every time I'm here!
